Δεν ζήτησα αποζημίωση, αλλά να βρεθεί μια λύση. Το προσωπικό του καταστήματος, αδιάφορο!! Να μην ξεχάσουν να κάνουν πάλι προσφορά την άνοιξη, για καθάρισμα με 5€. Σαν δεν ντρέπονται!! A	Athena Faos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Διέλυσαν το μάλλινο παλτό μου στο καθάρισμα, ούτε καν είδαν τις οδηγίες πλυσίματος, και όταν πήγα να το παραλάβω η κοπέλα ήταν αγενέστατη, αδιάφορη θα έλεγα. Περιμένω σχεδόν μια εβδομάδα να μου πουν τι θα γίνει με το παλτό. Και δεν ήταν η πρώτη φορά, και σε άλλο κατάστημα στην νέα Κηφισιά μου συιφερθηκαν με αγένεια και παντελή έλλειψη εξυπηρέτησης. Δεν ξαναπηγαινω ποτέ τα ρούχα μου εκεί!!! They wiped out my wool coat on cleaning, they didn't even see the washing instructions, and when I went to pick it up the girl was rude, indifferent I would say. Συγκεκριμένα, πληρώσαμε 20 ευρώ για να καθαρισούν ένα ζευγάρι παιδικά μποτάκια. Καθαρίσανε σε ικανοποιητικό σημείο, αλλά καταστρέψανε τα μποτάκια.... Τι να πώ Όταν δεν δεχτήκαμε να πάρουμε πίσω το βαφτιστικό φόρεμα της μικρής μας κόρης επειδή ήταν ακόμη λερωμένο με Makeup, απαίτησαν να τους πληρώσουμε δίχως να έχουν κάνει τη δουλεία που θα έπρεπε. Βάλανε και καρτελάκι οτι δεν μπορεί να πλυθεί αλλο διότι θα χαλάσει το ίδιο το ρούχο. Το πήγα σε γειτονικό καθαριστηριο της γειτονιάς και μετά απο 4 μέρες το πήραμε πεντακάθαρο και δίχως κανένα προβλημα. Ξαναπήγαμε να τους το δείξαμε οτι το καθαρίσαμε αλλού και πήραμε μια απάντηση του τύπου, "ε και?". και το καλύτερο για το τέλος... Το παντελόνι του γάμου μου το καταστρέψανε, το πλυνανε 2 φορες, το κανανε χειρότερο από ότι ήτανε πριν. Δεν θέλανε να μου το δώσουν πίσω χωρίς να τους πληρώσω. Να πληρώσω που όντως μου χαλάσανε το παντελόνι μου?? Ξερω ότι είναι μια απρόσωπη επιχείρηση, αλλά τέτοιες υπηρεσίες και συμπεριφορές του προσωπικού δεν είναι ουτε για φτύσιμο The shop and its staff are leniently unacceptable and non-professional. Κατάφεραν και μου έσωσαν τη στολή. Και πάλι ευχαριστώ. A big Thank you ... I want to tell them !!! 9 days ago I went to clean my uniform from a stain of burnt engine oil. They managed to save my uniform. Thanks again.

Ενώ είχα ξοφλήσει, όταν πήγα να παραλάβω, μου ζητούσε με ύφος κιόλας επιπλέον 45 ευρώ!!!....με την δικαιολογία ότι κάτι έκαναν έξτρα και τους χρωστούσα!!! Μετά από 15 λεπτά....κατάλαβε η υπάλληλος ότι δεν ήταν δυνατόν....και αξιώθηκε να κοιτάξει την οθόνη της. Διαπιστώθηκε ότι υπήρχαν κάτι λανθασμένες εγγραφές από το 2019 και έδειχνε λανθασμένα ότι χρωστούσα!!! Εάν είχε πάει κάποιος ηλικιωμένος είναι σίγουρο ότι θα πλήρωνε.... Απαράδεκτοι!!!! Και ειδικά η υπάλληλος στην νέα Ερυθραία....να μην την χαρακτηρίσω Unacceptable !!!!
