I went to my quilt and the stain had not even been cleaned, it was exactly the same when I took it. I don't think they even washed it, nor did it smell freshly washed. Unacceptable!

Πήγα ένα σύνολο για πλύσιμο την Δευτέρα, γιατί Παρασκευή ήταν ρεβεγιόν. Τους ρώτησα αν θα είναι ανοιχτά Παρασκευή απόγευμα να τα παραλάβω και μου ειπαν ναι.
Όταν πήγα την ώρα που είχαμε συμφωνήσει ήταν κλειστα και ούτε απαντούσαν τα τηλέφωνα επικοινωνίας.
Αν δεν μπορείτε να παρέχετε τις υπηρεσίες σας σωστά, κλειστό το καλύτερα για να μην εκθέτετε τους πελάτες σας.

I went to a set for washing on Monday, because Friday was New Year's Eve. I asked them if they would be open Friday afternoon to pick them up and they said yes.
When I left, the time we had agreed on was closed and the contact telephones did not answer.
If you can not provide your services properly, closed the best so as not to expose your customers.
