Perche’ il tizio non mi ha fatto notare che il profumo non era esposto? Eppure sono stato 10 minuti a provare il tester del profumo Dishonest, I go in to take a look at the store and in front of the cash desk I see a tester of a perfume, I try it I like it and I decide to buy it, behind the tester I see 2 boxes of different sizes and I decide to buy both, at home I open both and I realize that the smell was not there, in its place a balm After shave. Why didn't the guy point out that the perfume wasn't exposed? Yet I tried the perfume tester for 10 minutes

Da ich ein großer Fan bin und ein treue Kunde war ich dieses Mal sehr enttäuscht! Ich habe mir ein Badeanzug gekauft (preis 230,-€) der Mitarbeiter war sehr dringlich nun ging er an die Kasse und packte es mir ein, ich könnte es mir nicht mal richtig anschauen. Naja als ich im Hotel war bemerkte ich das die Naht beim Träger vom Badeanzug komplett offen schon war, bin Abends gleich wieder hin gegangen DIE WARE WAR KOMPLETT, ORIGINALE VERPACKT UND NATÜRLICH UNGETRAGEN. Ich wollte kein Geld zurück, ich wollte das neue Badeanzug ohne Mängeln, keine Chance! Der Teamleiter (mit einem langen Herrenbart) von dort war sehr unfreundlich, sehr arrogant, meinte gleich am Anfang das selbe Badeanzug kann er mir net umtauschen weil er es nicht mehr da hat, ich sah aber den selben Badeanzug selber preis selbe Größe trotz allem würde es mir nicht umgetauscht. Mir wurde eine Reparatur empfohlen aber mit 1 Monat Wartezeit. Ich kann nur sagen SO EINE FRECHHEIT SO UNVERSCHÄMT SO ÄRGERLICH FÜR DEN PREIS!!! Allgemein steht auf die dsquared Seite das es ein Widerrufsrecht gibt: Widerrufsrecht Sie können Ihre Vertragserklärung innerhalb von 14 Tagen durch eindeutige Erklärung ohne Angabe von Gründen widerrufen!! Indem Fall war es eine Reklamation und eine ungetragene ware und nicht beschädige ware von mir! Ich werde mich jetzt von der Marke nun mal verabschieden bin wirklich sehr geärgert. EIN STERN gibt es nur für DEAN & DAN denn 1 Tag davor bemerkte ich die am Stand (Nammos) und die waren so HERZLICH SO FREUNDLICH als ich nach ein Foto fragte. diesen store EMPFEHLE ICH NICHT WEITER. I am currently in Mykonos, visited the store of the brand: dsquared2 a few days ago! Being a big fan and a loyal customer I was very disappointed this time! The team leader (with a long mens beard) from there was very unfriendly, very arrogant, said right at the beginning the same swimsuit he can exchange me net because he no longer has it, but I saw the same swimsuit itself price same size despite everything I did not change it. I was recommended a repair but with 1 month waiting time. I can only say SO LIBERTY SO UNSHIRTED SO AWARE FOR THE PRICE !!! General stands on the dsquared side that there is a right of withdrawal: Right of withdrawal You can cancel your contract within 14 days by a clear statement without giving any reason !! In the case, it was a reclamation and unworn goods and would not damage goods of mine! I'm going to say goodbye to the brand now, I'm really annoyed. A STAR is only for DEAN & DAN because 1 day before I noticed the booth (Nammos) and they were SO MUCH FRIENDLY when I asked for a picture. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE.

They “open” at 10:00a.m. And the mean associate “male” told me that I couldn’t come in “10:02a.m.” Because they were still not open and that he needed to clean the store. Please corporate be aware of this location in Mykonos with BAD SERVICE!!! Will not shop here. RUDE RUDE RUDE

Two were just sitting there and the other two gossiped the whole time. There was no other customers in the shop. The one star is for the clothes and nothing else. Very disappointed as this is my favourite brand.

This year my disappointment has been terrible when I see an employee with very little desire to work, not willing to provide the requested items. manipulated prices, more expensive than in other dsquared stores or on the web, discounts not made on all products but only on those they want and with% that change depending on the day. I will not return, not recommended.
