Η πιο ανάρμοστη συμπεριφορά καταστηματάρχη σε πελάτη που έχω βιώσει. Καθώς μπήκαμε στο μαγαζί να χαζεψουμε αφού μόνο αυτό μας επέτρεπε το budget μας , η κυρία ξυπασμενη πού κατείχε το μαγαζί μας κοιταξε με υποτιμημένο βλέμμα καθώς αντιλήφθηκε ότι δεν θα αγοράζαμε κάτι από το μαγαζί που η αρχική τιμή ενός απλου βραχιόλιου με επίχρυσωση ξεκινούσε στα 100 ευρώ και ως γνήσιοι Έλληνες που γνωρίζουμε την εκμεταλλευση των μαγαζιών στα ελληνικά νησιά, μπήκαμε στο μαγαζί για να χαζεψουμε, μας απεύθυνε τον λόγο με ειρωνία (μας είδε και μικρές σε ηλικία) μας είπε να κάνουμε γρήγορα και να φύγουμε γιατί περίμεναν εκδρομικό με τουρίστες στο μαγαζί τους. Ντροπή και αισχος απαίδευτη και αμόρφωτη γυναίκα μάθε τρόπους!

The clothes and shoes are very nice, but the saleswoman is very unfriedly. We want to buy some typicial greek shoes, but the saleswoman kicks us out of her store because she was expecting a group from a ship. There are a lot of other shops in Mykonos-Town with very pleasant sellers. Don't choose this shop!

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP! The owner lied to me and sold me an outfit for 300.00. She said it was by a famous "Greek designer". It wasnt! When I got home after vacation I learned I was ripped off! The material isnt silk and isnt from a desinger. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of Kalus shop!

This store had the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. It was the first store that my friend and I walked into visiting Mykonos for the first time and it could have been the last one. It is a shame these people are in the heart of downtown and give this first impression to the island. We walked in to browse and they had numerous amounts of bangles scattered on the middle table out in the open. I tried one on to see how it looked but when I decided that the item was not for me and attempted to remove it, a piece of the design detached. I kindly apologized but the owner demanded that I aggressively ripped it off my hand and asked that I pay for it. I said "okay, how much is it?" She replied back that it was 200 Euros!!! I refused, telling her that it was bad quality to begin with even if I took it home. She then threatened us that she would call the police. At the same time, her two sales associates were also barking in the background at us who seemed to be trained and brainwashed by this owner's horrid style of customer service. One of them even ripped off the bracelet that my friend was trying on, IN ASSUMPTION that my friend will also break it. She hurt her wrist in the process. We patiently waited for the police to come because she (the owner) had called them and then even kicked us out of the store saying that we are “blocking the traffic” coming in. She also stated that if we tried to escape, they would find us because of the cameras. All this drama for a bracelet scattered on a table that wasn't even real gold or silver. In fact, it was rusted inside and it looked very much similar to the bracelets they sell in monastiraki for about 10 Euros. I am positive this woman has tried this tactic before to a vulnerable customer. Please stay away and give your money elsewhere! A Phony, barbaric, greedy and rude place. I have worked in sales for a very long time in North America and abroad and I have to say that this negative energy will get you ladies nowhere. Change your attitude and sales tactics. You also assumed we were laid-back and stupid by the way we were dressed. Wrong! Good luck moving forward on your store's success.
