M	MARIA EFRAIMIDOU on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το πρωί της Τρίτης επισκέφτηκα το μαγαζί και υπήρχε μόνο ο Ταμίας ο οποίος αφου με έβγαλε έξω από το κατάστημα και με άφησε να περίμενω έξω στη ζέστη. όταν με τα πολλά μπήκα μου ανακοίνωσε ότι η πωλήτρια θα έρθει αργότερα και ότι μπορεί να με εξυπηρετήσει ο ίδιος και συνέχισε τη φλυαρία για προσφορές με τη μοναδική πελάτισσα του προσπαθώντας να την πείσει να αγοράσει κι άλλα καλλυντικά σαν να μην υπήρχα..Ούτε μια συγγνώμη παρακαλώ περιμένετε. Με έκανε να αισθανθώ τόσο άσχημα. Δεν είναι σωστή επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά αυτή. Σεβασμος καταρχήν στη γυναίκα μηδέν, στον δε πελάτη και πάλι zero Δυστυχώς και το ένα αστέρι είναι πολύ. Το πρόγραμμα επιβράβευσης με τους πόντους εξαργύρωσης δεν λειτουργεί με γραφειοκρατικές δικαιολογίες τύπου ‘’δημοσίου’’. Δεν αρκεί το τηλέφωνο και η ταυτότητα μητερας-κόρης. Πρέπει να έρθει ο δικαιούχος αυτοπροσώπως λες και θα κάνει ανάληψη. Επίσης ελλατωματικά eyeliner! Αυτά!!! Λυπάμαι . Unacceptable service to a regular customer with irony and style. Παρ'ολα αυτά , το ξανά επισκέφτηκα και Η κοπέλα -που υποτίθεται με εξυπηρέτησε - με υποδέχτηκε στο κατάστημα με πολύ απαξιωτικό ύφος . Μιλούσε με ειρωνικό τρόπο και μου έδειχνε άσχετα προϊόντα, από αυτά που ζητούσα . Γενικά , δεν κάνω αξιολογήσεις. Σήμερα όμως , αποφάσισα να το κάνω γιατί δεν ήταν σωστός ο τρόπος συμπεριφοράς της υπαλλήλου. Όπως και τότε , έτσι και τώρα ! Unacceptable service !!
