★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα για αλλαγή στο κατάστημα Νέας Ιωνιας. Πολύ γρήγορα αποφάσισα και ημουν ανάμεσα σε 2 ζευγάρια. Ρώτησα τιμές γιατί ήταν πιο υψηλές από το site τους, μου είπαν άλλο εμείς άλλο το eshop. Λέω οκ νταξει (υπόψιν το παπούτσι που θα άλλαζα μου το άλλαξαν στη τιμή του site..) επιλέγω λοιπόν αυτό που θέλω κ περιμένω την πωλήτρια να τελειώσει το τηλεφώνημα που μόλις είχε χτυπήσει. Κλείνοντας μου λέει «αυτό μόλις πουλήθηκε στο eshop μας, τώρα με ενημέρωσαν». Και για να προλάβω αντιδράσεις ενημερώνω ότι έκανα και τηλεφωνικά τα παράπονα μου αλλά κραυγή βοωντος εν τη ερημω…

I say ok (mind you the shoe I would change was changed in the price of the site ..) so I choose what I want and wait for the saleswoman to finish the phone call she just rang. In closing he says "this was just sold in our eshop, now they have informed me". And in order to prevent reactions, I inform that I also made my complaints over the phone, but a scream of howling in the desert…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καλησπέρα! Δεν έχω αντιμετωπίσει κάτι χειρότερο από την συμπεριφορά της πωλήτριας στην Λ. Ηρακλειου. Μιλάω για μια ξανθιά "κυρία", ποτισμένη με αγένεια, ύφος και ειρωνία.
Ήταν ότι χειρότερο έχω δει, όχι μόνο σε εμάς αλλά και δίπλα όπου την άκουγα να μιλάει στους γονείς και στα παιδιά. Στα παιδιά!!!! ΝΤΡΟΠΉ ΤΗΣ!!! Δείτε το λίγο γιατί είναι κρίμα να έχετε καλά παπούτσια και όχι καλή εξυπηρέτηση. Όλοι έχουμε θέματα και προβλήματα, ΌΜΩΣ δεν μας φταίνε οι άλλοι. Φεύγοντας από το κατάστημα, με ρώτησε το παιδί μου, γιατί ήταν έτσι αυτή η κυρία? Γιατί μιλούσε με τέτοιο τρόπο?
Θα ήθελα να του απαντήσω όπως θα άρμοζε για την συγκεκριμένη αλλά ένα ΔΕΝ αξίζει να ασχολείσαι με ανθρώπους άνευ επιπέδου.... Έφτανε!!! Κρίμα

It was the worst I have seen, not only to us but also next to where I heard her talking to parents and children. To the children!!!! SHAME ON HER !!! Take a look because it is a pity to have good shoes and not good service. We all have issues and problems, BUT it is not the others' fault. Leaving the store, my child asked me, why was this lady like that? Why did he speak in such a way?
I would like to answer him as would be appropriate for this one but one is NOT worth dealing with people without level .... Enough !!! Pity

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Περίμενα υπομονετικα έξω από το μαγαζί να έρθει η σειρά μου έγκυος με μωρό στο καρότσι. Λίγο πριν έρθει η σειρά μας ο σύζυγος μπήκε στην είσοδο του μαγαζιού κ μου έδειξε από το πλαι της βιτρίνας 2 παπούτσια. Τα έπιασε, τα σήκωσε να τα δω από έξω που ημουν κ τα άφησε ακριβώς στη θέση τους. Τότε μια υπάλληλος γύρω στα 55 του φώναξε ότι δεν χαλάμε τη βιτρίνα κι ότι θα τα δούμε όταν έρθει η σειρά μας! Μα δεν χάλασα κάτι είπε ο σύζυγος κι εγώ της είπα να μιλάει πιο διακριτικά και τη ρώτησα πότε θα έρθει η σειρά μας δείχνοντας την κοιλιά μου και απάντησε "να περιμένετε"! Ας έκανε την παρατήρηση πιο ευγενικά, ήταν πολύ αγενής! Φυσικά σηκωθήκαμε κ φύγαμε! Κρίμα που υπάρχουν τέτοιοι πωλητές, με νοοτροπία εξυπηρέτησης του '90! 2 χρονια τώρα έπαιρνα biomecanics χειμώνα καλοκαίρι και comfy το χειμώνα και τώρα πήγαινα για 2 ζεύγη παπούτσια, ένα levi' s κι ένα crocs αλλά να περνάω τέτοιο στριμωξιδι από έξω για να αγοράσω μάρκες που όλοι έχουν και να αντιμετωπίζω τέτοια συμπεριφορά για ποιο λόγο; Απλά πάω αλλού! Δυστυχώς έχετε δεδομένη τηνπελατεία σας λόγω του ότι είστε το μοναδικό μεγάλο κατάστημα με παιδικά υποδήματα στην περιοχή αλλά η συμπεριφορά τελικά μετράει!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν υπαρχει χειροτερο μαγαζι στην εξυπηρετηση. Ειναι ολοι αγενεις... απο τον υπαλληλο μεχρι τον ιδιοκτητη. Αγορασαμε αθλητικα γνωστης φιρμας ( ελαττωματικα ) στις 12.03.2022 ... Στις 12.04.2022 τα πηγαμε στο καταστημα της Νεας Ιωνιας. Φυσικα αρνηθηκαν να μας τα αλλαξουν. Μας ρωτησαν αν το παιδι περπατησε σε χαλικια. Πολυ αστεια ερωτηση για αθλητικα. Δεν τα πηραμε για το σαλονι. Ωστοσο μας κοροιδευαν μεχρι και σημερα οτι δηθεν δεν τους εχει απαντησει η εταιρεια. Δεν θα ξαναπατησω σε κανενα απο τα καταστηματα της εταιρειας. Επιπλεον να προσθεσω πως οταν τα αγορασαμε δεν ειχαν σκοπο να μας κοψουν ΑΠΟΔΕΙΞΗ. Την ζητησα και η κυρια στο ταμειο ξυνισε κιολας. Οπως φαινεται και απο τις φωτο φευγουνε κομματια απο τη σολα.
Πολυ ωραια απαντηση... ειστε εσεις τωρα αναρωτιεμαι σοβαρος επαγγελματιας? ??? . Αληθεια γιατι εδω και 1.5 μηνα που σας περνουμε τηλεφωνο μας λετε οτι δεν σας εχουν απαντησει απο την εταιρεια? Γιατι δεν απαντησατε στο οτι με το ζορι μας δωσατε αποδειξη? Εχετε δικιο... πηραμε τα παπουτσια και ειπαμε " δεν τα χαλαμε να δουμε αν θα μας τα αλλαξουν ". Μα ειστε σοβαροι επιτελους? Δεν ειμαστε εμεις οι χαμενοι. Μαγαζια υπαρχουν παρα πολυ και χωρις τοσες αρνητικες κριτικες. Ολοι λενε ποσο αγενεις ειναι οι υπαλληλοι του καταστηματος. Ειδικα της Νεας Ιωνιας. Σας χαρισαμε 47.00 ευρω. Τοσα αξιζετε. Καλο σας βραδυ.

On 12.04.2022 we took them to the store in Nea Ionia. Of course they refused to change them for us. We were asked if the child walked on pebbles. Very funny question about sports. We did not get them for the living room. However, they were making fun of us until today that the company allegedly did not answer them. I will not tread on any of the company's stores again.
