★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't deliver. Few false promises, asked for money back but they did not return the money and ignored. Now I have to get the refund via disputes and make a complaint to BBB, etc. I get it they are busy but stuff ordered in March and refund requested in April just won't cut it anymore.
Don't use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too many problems in the past (long waiting for your groceries, no notification for missing products) have been addressed lately. An even better ERP (using FIFO for orders and the moment an order is confirmed would deduct it from available products) would be the cherry on the top. Also they used to bring so many bags (12 bags for 50 groceries is an overkill) now they seem to have fixed this as well. Kudos to the head of operations!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been waiting on the phone for 2 hours, 2 minutes and 44 seconds. And when I became number 1 on the waiting list they hung up on me without even answering. I am extremely outraged and expect to be reimbursed for the two hour charge on my phone bill. Whatever the circumstances, this is unacceptable service! Do not think twice, just choose another delivery. I can safely say that one of the best is Thanopoulos. Whilst more expensive, you pay what you get. AB is not bad. Sklavenitis is not bad also. But for e-Fresh if I had the option for no stars, I would give it.

Delivery estimates are good and the people delivering the goods are always helpful and in good spirit.
Although in the past you could order and have delivered on the same day, this is not always possible anymore given the Covid crisis, which is understandable.
