Ωστόσο, καλό θα ήταν να αποστέλλεται στον πελάτη ο κωδικός του δέματος της εταιρείας ταχυμεταφορών μαζί με την ενημέρωση αποστολής του δέματος! Να μην στέλνει συνέχεια ο πελάτης μήνυμα για να μάθει, διότι καμία Courier δεν σε εξυπηρετεί, αν δεν έχεις τον κωδικό αποστολής να τους τον πεις!

Do not keep sending the message to the customer to find out, because no Courier serves you, if you do not have the shipping code to tell them!

Σε λάθος που έγινε στην επεξεργασία της παραγγελίας με αποτέλεσμα να λάβω τα μισά είδη, μου εστάλη εξ ολοκλήρου η παραγγελία μου χωρίς χρέωση και μεταφορικά. Οφείλω ένα τεράστιο ευχαριστώ για την άμεση ανταπόκριση και την κατανόηση, καθώς και για την ευγενή συμπεριφορά του κ. Λαμπρόπουλου.
