★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εχω ψωνισει πολλες φορες απ'το καταστημα(διαδικτυο) κ ειμαι πολυ ευχαριστημενη. Εχει πολυ καλες τιμες κ οι παραγγελιες ερχονται αμεσα.
Επισης μια φορα που εγινε καποιο λαθος σε μια παραγγελια κ καποιο απ'τα προιοντα που ειχα παραγγειλει δεν ηταν μεσα στο πακετο,επικοινωνησα μαζι τους κ το στειλανε την επομενη μερα.
Το συστηνω ανεπιφυλακτα.
 I have shopped many times from the store (online) and I am very happy. It has very good prices and orders come immediately.
Also once an error was made in an order and some of the products I had ordered were not in the package, I contacted them and they sent it the next day.
I highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παραγγειλα ένα συρμα που ειχα ξανα παρει πριν 4 μήνες και μου ηρθε εντελως αλλη ποιότητα. Το κατάστημα αρνηθηκε να επιστρέψω το προιον ενω το λαθος ηταν δικο του. Εστειλα μετα δύο μηνύματα με φωτογραφίες που παρεμειναν αναπάντητα. Πολυ κακη εξυπηρέτηση, πελατων. Δεν προτείνω αυτό το κατάστημα και δεν θα παραγγείλω ποτε ξανά. Ένα κατάστημα που δεν σέβεται τους πελάτες δεν αξίζει να έχει πελατες.
Επιμένω. Oxi μονο αρνηθηκατε την επιστροφη αλλά αγνοήσατε τα μηνύματα μου. Χρειάστηκε ενα αρνητικο σχόλιο για να μου απαντήσετε. Αλλά είναι πολύ αργά. Παραμεινω στην αποψη μου για το μαγαζι σας.
I ordered a wire that I had bought again 4 months ago and I got a completely different quality. The store refused to return the product while the mistake was his. I then sent two messages with photos that remained unanswered. Very poor customer service. I do not recommend this store and will never order again. A store that does not respect customers is not worth having customers.
Insist. Oxi you just refused the return but ignored my messages. It took a negative comment to answer me. But it is too late. I remain in my opinion about your store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είναι ένα όμορφο μέρος που μπορείς να πάρεις τα υλικά που θέλεις. Έχω ξεκινήσει ένα χόμπι φτιάχνοντας κοσμήματα και δεντράκια από σύρμα ,και από αυτό το μαγαζί έχω πάρει εργαλεία και σύρμα....
It is a beautiful place where you can get the materials you want. I have started a hobby making jewelry and trees from wire, and from this shop I have got tools and wire ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ δεν έχω παράπονο κανένα. Η συνεργασία με το courier που έχει η επιχείρηση θα μπορούσε να είναι καλύτερη και να παραδίδουν γρηγορότερα αλλά οκ.... τα υπόλοιπα είναι άψογα οπότε το υπομένουμε... :)
I have no complaints. The cooperation with the courier that the company has could be better and they can deliver faster but ok .... the rest is perfect so we endure it ... :)
