★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heinner AC unit. Broken twice in a year under warranty. E Shop very slow to order replacement parts for repair. Waiting near a month for them to send the parts to the technician for repair. E-Shop will not replace the twice defective unit. Do not recommend if you care about quality or after sales service. Bad products and worse service!!
