★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καλά προϊόντα, ανταγωνιστικές τιμές, καλή εγγύηση, άψογη εξυπηρέτηση μετά την πώληση. Ναι, έχει αναμονή σε ώρες αιχμής αλλά οι υπάλληλοι δίνουν πραγματικό αγώνα και είναι απόλυτα εξυπηρετικοί. Θα μπορούσε η εταιρεία να προσλάβει προσωπικό, έστω και εποχικό, λόγω της πανδημίας αλλά όλοι γνωρίζουμε τι γίνεται στην Ελλάδα. Όσο τζίρο και να έχει η εταιρεία, προσλήψεις δεν κάνει. Γι' αυτό να μην στραβομουτσουνιάζετε όταν έχει αναμονή..δεν φταίνε οι υπάλληλοι. Κάνουν ότι μπορούν και μάλιστα, σε δύσκολες συνθήκες.
 Good products, competitive prices, good warranty, impeccable after-sales service. Yes, it is waiting at peak hours but the staff are giving real fight and are absolutely helpful. The company could hire staff, even seasonal, due to the pandemic but we all know what is happening in Greece. No matter how much turnover the company has, it does not recruit. So do not squint when he is waiting ... it is not the employees' fault. They do what they can, even in difficult conditions.

τους έπαιρνα τηλέφωνο 4 μέρες & δεν
το σήκωνε κανείς..
Με αποτέλεσμα να πάρω τηλ στα κεντρικά
να τους πω τι γίνεται....
Και ώταν το σηκώσανε μου είπανε ότι δεν
πρωλαβενουν.....
Εντωμεταξυ στο κατάστημα E-shop Τρικάλων εξυπηρετούν 1 άτομο λόγο kovid..
Με λίγα λόγια μας δουλεύουν....
The reason I put 1 Star is because
I called them for 4 days & no
someone picked it up ..
As a result, I get a call at the headquarters
to tell them what is happening ....
And when they picked it up they told me no
catch .....
Meanwhile in the E-shop Trikala serve 1 person because of kovid ..
In short, they work for us ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 αστέρι από εμένα.Ειχα ψωνίσει bluetooth headset το οποίο σ ένα μήνα χάλασε.Παρόλο που τους είπα ότι το χρειάζομαι λόγω επαγγέλματος η αντικατάσταση του έγινε μετά από 1 μήνα και μετά από δεκάδες τηλέφωνα.
Πήρα πριν λίγες ημέρες φορτιστή αυτοκινήτου.Οταν άνοιξα την συσκευασία ήταν σπασμένος.Υποτίθεται θα γινότανε άμεση αντικατάσταση λόγω ευθύνης δικής τους.Κοντεύει μια εβδομάδα και ακόμη είναι σε τεχνικό έλεγχο.Απαράδεκτοι δεν πρόκειται να ψωνίσω τίποτα ξανά!!
1 star from me. I had bought a bluetooth headset which broke down in a month. Although I told them that I needed it due to my profession, it was replaced after 1 month and after dozens of phones.
I got a car charger a few days ago. When I opened the package it was broken. It was supposed to be replaced immediately due to their responsibility. It is almost a week and it is still under technical inspection. Unacceptable, I am not going to buy anything again !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν γνωρίζω για τα άλλα e-shop point.......αλλά στο συγκεκριμένο υπάρχει μόνιμη αναμονή τουλάχιστον 15 λεπτών προς εξυπηρέτηση.......
I do not know about the other e-shop point ....... but in this one there is a permanent wait of at least 15 minutes for service .......
