★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ποτέ ξανά από τον Κωτσόβολο. Ήταν η πρώτη και η τελευταία. Περιμένω 3.5 μήνες το κινητό και ακόμα τίποτα καμιά ενημέρωση και το μόνο που μου λένε είναι δεν ξέρουμε.
 Never again from Kotsovolos. It was the first and the last. I have been waiting for 3.5 months on my mobile and still nothing, and all they tell me is we do not know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ΤΡΑΓΙΚΟΙ! Παρηγγειλα ενα iPad 20/12 στο κατάστημα των Τρικαλων καθώς μου είπαν ότι υπήρχε ενα τελευταίο τεμάχιο. Αφου τους πήρα δυο φορές πριν παω( καθως μένω Λαρισα πήγαινα Τρίκαλα μονο για αυτο) να βεβαιωθώ οτι το προϊόν υπήρχε όντως και να ρωτήσω και τι ωρα κλείνουν, με επιβεβαίωσαν οτι το προϊόν με περιμένει και κλείνουν στις 8. Ετσι 6:10 που ήμουν στο κατάστημα μου είπαν οχι και πολυ ευγενικά οτι έκλεισαν και να παω τη Δευτερα. Εννοειτε επικοινώνησα με τα κεντρικά και αφου μου ζήτησαν συγνωμη μου είπαν να ξαναπάω τη Δευτερα (απο Λαρισα!!!) καθώς το προϊόν με περιμένει!! Δευτερα πρωι λοιπόν πηγα στο ταμείο να το παραλάβω και μου είπαν οτι το προϊόν δεν υπάρχει και το έδωσαν μαλλον αλλου… 1 ωρα τωρα προσπαθώ να επικοινωνήσω με τα κεντρικά και καμια τύχη. Πραγματικά απαράδεκτοι..
TRAGIC! I ordered an iPad 20/12 at the store in Trikala as I was told that there was one last piece. After I took them twice before I went (as I live in Larissa I went to Trikala just for that) to make sure that the product really existed and to ask what time they close, they confirmed that the product is waiting for me and close at 8. So 6:10 I was at the store they told me no and very politely that they closed and I should go on Monday. You mean I contacted the headquarters and after they apologized they told me to go again on Monday (from Larissa !!!) as the product is waiting for me !! So on Monday morning I went to the cashier to pick it up and they told me that the product does not exist and they gave it somewhere else… 1 hour now I try to contact the central and no luck. Really unacceptable ..
