Y	Yannis Skourtis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δυστυχώς δεν είχαμε καλή εμπειρία. Αφήσαμε τον ενισχυτή μας (έναν στερεοφωνικό musical fidelity) τον Ιανουάριο. Έως τέλη Μαρτίου δέν είχαμε καμία κλήση ποτέ θα επισκευαστεί, εκτός από μια ενημέρωση τέλη Φεβ πως τα ανταλλακτικά έχουν έρθει και θα ήταν έτοιμος σε μια εβδομάδα. Τελικά όταν τον πήραμε πίσω ανεπισκευαστο τέλη Μαρτίου, απολογήθηκαν πως απλώς το είχαν αμελήσει γιατί είχαν πολύ δουλειά. Unfortunately we did not have a good experience. We left our amplifier (a stereo musical fidelity) in January. By the end of March we had no call it would ever be repaired, except for an update at the end of Feb that the parts had arrived and would be ready in a week. Eventually when we got it back unrepaired in late March, they apologized that they had simply neglected it because they had a lot of work to do.

Ξαφνικά δεν λειτουργούσε και ένας οικογενειακός φίλος μου πρότεινε την συνεργασία μου μαζί τους για την επισκευή. Ο ενισχυτής επισκευάστηκε και είναι εξαιρετικός! Η χαρά που τον ξανακούω είναι μεγάλη καθώς όπως προείπα ήταν δώρο του πατέρα μου ! Σας ευχαριστώ από καρδιάς ! Excellent PROFESSIONALS IN EVERYTHING! Some time ago my father gave me a ROTEL amplifier (1979). Suddenly it did not work and a family friend of mine suggested I work with them on the repair. The amplifier has been repaired and is excellent! The joy of hearing him again is great as as I said it was a gift from my father! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

They keep telling me that they will inform me when it will be ready! They cannot even predict the repair cost, after almost a year that they have it in their hands! I will update you with more information as soon as I manage to take back my Maschine! Updated information: I finally managed to take back my Maschine, unrepaired (April 2021) Due to CoViD situation, the spare parts were not able to reach their destination so the Maschine was left as it was… The technicians could not do anything better, as they informed me, but it took me a year to take it back (Mostly because of the Lockdowns) I am really afraid to make a second attempt, I will keep it as it is
