P	Paraskevas Hadjigeorgiou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Χαλασμένο aircondition. 0% Support. Ήρθε ο τεχνικός της Brilakis, ειλικρινά απλά αγγιξε τον τοίχο και είπε οτι το aircondition δουλεύει. Την επόμενη μέρα κάλεσα τεχνικό απο την inventor και όντως το εσωτερικό του aircondition ήταν προβληματικο και αλλάχτηκε. Μάλλον τελικά το κλιματιστικό είχε όντος πρόβλημα και δεν είχαν πρόβλημα οι τοίχοι του σπιτιού. Προσεχώς θα ανέβουν και φωτογραφίες με τις αποδείξεις απο την inventor γιατί εκεί στην Brilakis προσπαθούν να μας βγάλουν και ψευτες. :) Damaged aircondition. 0% Support. The Brilakis technician came, honestly just touched the wall and said that the aircondition works. The next day I called a technician from the inventor and indeed the interior of the aircondition was problematic and changed. Probably in the end the air conditioner had a problem and the walls of the house had no problem. Soon, photos with the receipts from the inventor will be uploaded because there in Brilakis they are trying to make us fake. :)

E	Eirini Evaggelou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απ'όταν ξεκίνησε ο κορωνοιος συγκεκριμένα στην δεύτερη καραντίνα και το κλείσιμο των καταστημάτων πήγα ένα κόκκινο ραδιόφωνο που είχε χαλάσει μέσα σ' ένα διάστημα τριών τεσσάρων μηνών από την αγορά του, που ήταν μέσα στην εγγύηση φυσικά. Μου είπαν ότι κλείνουν και αυτοί λόγω κορωνοιου αλλά να μην ανησυχώ γιατί γιατί σημείωσαν την ημερομηνία που το πήγα και μόλις ανοίξουν πάλι τα καταστήματα θα το φτιάξουν και θα με ενημερώσουν.Αυτο δεν έγινε ποτέ! Πήρα πάλι τηλέφωνο και μου είπαν λόγω καραντίνας είναι μειωμένο το προσωπικό στο σέρβις και ότι θα με ενημερώσουν!! Ποτέ δεν έγινε τίποτα!!!Ήταν μικρό το κόστος του ραδιοφώνου και δεν ξαναασχοληθηκα! Πήρα από αλλού άλλο! Δεν με πήραν ποτέ όμως να μου πουν το οτιδήποτε. Χαίρομαι που απαντάτε στα σχόλια αλλά να απαντάτε και στους πελάτες σας όταν σας στέλνουν κάτι για σέρβις.....και δεν μπορεί όποιος σας στέλνει αρνητικό σχόλιο να είναι πάντα λάθος ο πελάτης και εσείς πάντα δίκιο...τόσο τέλειοι πια;. I'm glad that you respond to the comments but also to your customers when they send you something for service ..... and anyone who sends you a negative comment can always be wrong the customer and you always right ... so perfect now ?.
