Τους ενημέρωσα με φωτο σε email κ την ιδια κιολας ημέρα μου εστειλαν email ενημερωνοντας με, οτι ηδη εχουν στειλει νεο κ το παλιο να το παραδωσω στο ιδιο κουριερ. Αμεση λυση, χωρις καμια ταλαιπωρία. Μπραβο σας συνεχίστε ετσι... I bought two spare parts for a vacuum cleaner but unfortunately one, due to courier I think, came hit. I informed them with a photo in an email and on the same day they sent me an email informing me that they have already sent a new one and the old one to deliver to the same courier. Μου επέστρεψαν τα χρήματα άμεσα. I bought a laundry door lock. Although they assured me that it does in my washing machine even if it was from another company, in the end it did not. Την επομενη μερα τα παρελαβα χωρις κανενα προβλημα! Συστηνεται φυσικα! I had ordered some things (spare parts, oven lamps etc) on March 2, 2022 and everything was fine! Απίστευτοι! Σούπερ! I live in the countryside. Wednesday 2.30pm I placed the order, 2.53pm a message came that it has been delivered to the courier. Thursday 9.30 am the courier called me and I received it. Incredible! Super!
