Flawless service and training respect. From a few pharmacies that do not change your drugs that have been written just to discard what they have.

A	Antonis syr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Λοιπον,πηγα στις 02/01/22 και ωρα 20:00 να κανω Rapid Test,αναμονη τουλαχιστον 1 και μιση ωρα με αναμονη γυρω στα 20 ατομα,πραγματοποιηση καθε τεστ περιπου στα 10 λεπτα ανα ατομο,εξυπηρετηση ΚΑΚΙΣΤΗ,κοσμος αγανακτισμενος,πληρης αδιαφορια,τους εξηγησα οτι δεν μπορω να κανω το τεστ απο την μυτη,διοτι ειχα κανει εγχειριση στο διαφραγμα πριν 3 ημερες,με ενημερωσαν πως δεν κανουν μεσω του στοματος αλλα δεν υπηρχε καποια τοιχοκολλημενη ενημερωση για κατι τετοιο,τοτε ανεβηκαν οι τονοι λογω αγανακτησης και ενας νεαρος(υπαλληλος) κινηθηκε απειλητικα προς το μερος μου για να μου ζητησει και τα ρεστα,δεν ηξεραν πως να εξυπηρετησουν(δεν ηταν και πυρηνικη φυσικη)αλλα μαλλον τους ενοιαζε μονο το χρημα,κριμα αλλα ας αλλαξουν επαγγελμα,μακαρι να βοηθησω πολλους απο εσας,αλλα ΔΕΝ θα ξαναπαω και ας ειναι το μοναδικο στην Αθηνα,συγνωμη που εχω γραψει τοσα πολλα αλλα με εβγαλαν απο τα ρουχα μου,Καλη Χρονια σε ολους σας Well, I went on 02/01/22 and at 20:00 to do Rapid Test, waiting at least 1 and a half hours with waiting around 20 people, performing each test at about 10 minutes per person, service BAD, people indignant, complete indifference , I explained to them that I can not do the test from the nose, because I had surgery on the diaphragm 3 days ago, they informed me that they do not do through the mouth but there was no wall sticker for something like that, then the tone went up due to indignation and a young man (employee) moved threateningly towards me to ask me for the rest, they did not know how to serve (it was not nuclear physics) but they probably only cared about the money, a pity but let them change profession, may I help many of you , but I will NOT go again and let it be the only one in Athens, sorry I have written so much but they took me out of my clothes, Happy New Year to all of you

D	Dimitris Dimitrikas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχει τέσσερα άτομα προσωπικό και ενημερωμένο σε όλα. Ένα άτομο κάνει rapid test σε πολύ μικρό άβολο εξωτερικό χώρο. Προσωπικά δεν θα δοκίμαζα ποτέ να κάνω rapid στο φαρμακείο. It has four staff members and is up to date on everything. A person does a rapid test in a very small uncomfortable outdoor area. Personally, I would never try to rush to the pharmacy.
D	Diamont Krl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0 επαγγελματισμός σε εποχή που η σωστή παροχή υπηρεσιών υγείας είναι το πιο βασικό. Πραγματοποιήσαμε rapid test 2/1 στις 13:00 το μεσημέρι. Σε ερώτησή μας για το πώς θα ενημερωθούμε για το αποτέλεσμα, μας είπαν πως θα μας καλέσουν εντός μισής ώρας, σε περίπτωση θετικού αποτελέσματος. Ενώ η ώρα είχε πάει 17:45 και ενώ δεν είχαμε πρόσβαση στο διαδίκτυο, ώστε να αναζητήσουμε οι ίδιοι το αποτέλεσμα, επιχειρήσαμε να καλέσουμε, καθώς αναμέναμε εναγωνίως την απάντηση ώστε να μπορέσουμε να επισκεφτούμε στο νοσοκομείο τον άρρωστο πατέρα μας.. Δυστυχώς κανείς δεν απαντούσε. Μετά από επανειλλημένες κλήσεις, το σήκωσαν και σε ερώτηση μας σχετικά με το αποτέλεσμα μας έδωσαν την απάντηση, λες και μας έκαναν χάρη. Αναρωτήθηκα όπως ήταν φυσικό, γιατί ενώ είχαν περάσει τόσες ώρες δεν επικοινώνησε κανείς μαζί μας. Η απάντηση που έλαβα από την κοπέλα, ήταν πως ''γίνεται χαμός''. Αν δεν μπορείτε να ανταποκριθείτε στις ανάγκες των ημερών, να σταματάτε τις λήψεις δειγμάτων νωρίτερα. Θα μπορούσαμε κάλλιστα να έχουμε θεωρήσει το αποτέλεσμα αρνητικό αφού είχε πέρασει η μισή ώρα, με ό,τι αυτό θα συνεπαγόταν. Δυστυχώς μόνο να τα τσεπώνουν ξέρουν. Επίσης, ίσως η ουρά να ήταν μικρότερη, εάν τη χρήση Η/Υ της αναλάμβαναν τα νεότερα άτομα του φαρμακείου........ Αναζητήστε άλλο φαρμακείο, ακόμα και αν είναι λίγο πιο μακριάς σας!!! Professionalism at a time when the right provision of health services is the most basic. We performed a rapid test 2/1 at 13:00 at noon. Unfortunately no one answered . After repeated calls, they picked it up and when asked about the result, they gave us the answer, as if they were doing us a favor. I wondered naturally, because while so many hours had passed no one contacted us. The answer I received from the girl was that "it becomes a waste". If you can not meet the needs of the day, stop sampling earlier. We could very well have considered the result negative after half an hour had passed, with all that that would entail. Unfortunately, they only know how to pocket them. Also, maybe the queue would be shorter, if the use of PC was undertaken by the younger people of the pharmacy ........ Look for another pharmacy, even if it is a little further away from you !!!
