S	Spiros Kiriakos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η πρώτη καλή εντύπωση-κίνητρο για μένα με τη συγκεκριμένη επιχείρηση ήταν σχετικά με κάποιο έπιπλο που αναζητούσα στο ίντερνετ και που η συγκεκριμένη επιχείρηση ήταν από τις ΦΘΗΝΟΤΕΡΕΣ και ΔΕΝ ΕΙΧΕ ΕΞΟΔΑ ΑΠΟΣΤΟΛΗΣ!!! (βάρος επίπλου περίπου 30kg, διαστάσεις συσκ. 50 εκ. Χ 150 εκ. και αποστολή από Μεσόγεια σε Καλλιθέα). Η δεύτερη καλή εντύπωση ήταν η ΑΜΕΣΗ (τηλεφωνική) ΕΠΙΚΟΙΝΩΝΙΑ από την επιχείρηση προς εμένα για την πορεία της παραγγελίας μου και η ΣΥΝΕΠΕΙΑ, η ΥΠΕΥΘΥΝΟΤΗΤΑ και ο ΕΠΑΓΓΕΛΜΑΤΙΣΜΟΣ στο χρόνο και στον τρόπο παράδοσης αυτής (παραγγελίας). Ήταν συνεπείς και ΕΞΥΠΗΡΕΤΙΚΟΙ σε όλα! The first good impression-motivation for me with this company was about some furniture that I was looking for on the internet and that this company was one of the CHEAPEST and had NO SHIPPING COSTS !!! (furniture weight about 30kg, package dimensions 50 cm x 150 cm and shipment from the Mediterranean to Kallithea). The second good impression was the DIRECT (telephone) COMMUNICATION from the company to me about the course of my order and the CONSISTENCY, RESPONSIBILITY and PROFESSIONALITY in time and in the way of delivery (order). They were consistent and SERVANT in everything!
G	Gethsimani Kalaitzoglou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έκανα μια αγορά μέσω skroutz όμως επειδή έμεινα θετικά έκπληκτη θα την δημοσιεύσω και εδώ! Αγόρασα ένα σύνθετο έπιπλο τηλεόρασης! Μου έκανε μεγάλη εντύπωση η τιμή του επίπλου καθώς και τα μεταφορικά έξοδα που ήταν μόνο 20 ευρώ για Κρήτη! (Και ναι τα μεταφορικά όντως αυτά ήταν). Κάναμε την καταθεση.Μας πήραν τηλέφωνο την επόμενη μέρα και μας ενημέρωσαν ότι το προϊόν δεν θα ήταν διαθέσιμο ήθελε 10 μέρες να έρθει, και αν δεν θέλουμε θα μας επέστρεφαν τα χρήματα πίσω. Το ξέραμε ότι θα έπαιρνε τόσο διάστημα οπότε δεν μας ένοιαζε. Τον σύνθετο λοιπόν ήρθε στο σπίτι μας 5 μέρες μετα την παραγγελία!!!! Δεν μου έχει συμβεί ξανά αυτό και είμαι υπερβολικά ενθουσιασμένη!!!! Η εξυπηρέτηση είναι άψογη! Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικά! Και όλα ήρθαν γρήγορα παρά τις ημέρες (γιορτινες) και παρά τις 10 μέρες αναμονής!!! Σε προσεγμένη συσκευασία!!Πολλά ++ στο κατάστημα! Κάποια καταστήματα θα πρέπει να παραδειγματιστουν!! Εννοείται θα το προτιμήσω ξανά και θα το προτείνω!!! I made a purchase through skroutz but because I was positively surprised I will post it here too! I bought a composite TV cabinet! I was very impressed by the price of the furniture as well as the transport costs which were only 20 euros for Crete! (And yes the metaphors really were). We made the deposit. They called us the next day and informed us that the product would not be available, he wanted it to come in 10 days, and if we did not want it, our money would be returned. We knew it would take so long so we did not care. So the complex came to our house 5 days after the order !!!! This has not happened to me again and I am extremely excited !!!! The service is impeccable! The staff very kind! And everything came quickly despite the days (festive) and despite the 10 days of waiting !!! In careful packaging !! Many ++ in the store! Some stores should be exemplified !! Of course I will prefer it again and I will recommend it !!!
