He told me he would open my kitchen there because it does not fit in the elevator. I told him he would be scratched if he put her in the elevator without protection. So I called the store to give me a solution. I was told that they would call the gentleman where he took her. I told them that the gentleman is aware. I told him that the order was made via the internet and I paid the exact amount in full. How he brings her home - alone or with ten people - is his own problem. He had to bring it to me intact. He did not take the damage by telling me that the scratch will go to the side and it will not appear that he can not do anything else. My answer was that if she broke her glass, would she leave me with a broken glass? Of course he did not answer me. The only thing he repeated to me is that they have been professionals for 40 years. Eventually, the kitchen was scratched ....

Excellent professionals. I made the purchase in the morning, until the afternoon they had brought it and since it had been preceded by t / f communication for the time that suits me.

I will evaluate my experience for the first time in the store. I call in the morning for a product to ask if it is available to pick it up the same day from the store. I take my car and go there from 3 municipalities away and when I arrive they tell me then! that they have made a mistake and that they have no stock at all. I considered it completely instead of professional and not at all right to enter into such a process in order not to receive the product. Unfortunately I left the store empty-handed and an apology ....

Unacceptable. The tall gray-haired gentleman, owner / employee is not in the business interest of having contacts with potential customers. "Eco" is the least false advertisement.
