★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παράγγειλα το μαξιλάρι memory foam. Μου ήρθε σε μια θήκη, η οποία είχε φερμουάρ, δηλαδή δεν ήταν σε κλειστή συσκευασία, ούτε και σφραγισμένη με κάποιο τροπο. Με την δοκιμή είχα καταλάβει ότι δεν μου κάνει οπότε ήθελα να επιστρέψω το προϊόν. Δεν μου το δέχτηκαν λέγοντάς,ότι είναι ανοιχτή η συσκευασία επομένως δεν μπορεί να γίνει αλλαγή (Επιστροφή δεν προβλέπεται καθόλου). Εξ αυτού οι πωλητές δεν γνωρίζουν τίποτα σχετικά με τα προϊόντα προκειμένου να σου προτείνουν κάτι το κατάλληλο. Καλύτερα να απευθυνθείτε σε μια ξένη εταιρία όπως είναι η Jysk, διότι οι τιμές είναι καλύτερες, δέχονται αλλαγές και επιστροφή προϊόντων.
 I ordered the memory foam pillow. It came to me in a case, which had a zipper, ie it was not in a closed package, nor sealed in any way. With the test I realized that it does not work for me so I wanted to return the product. They did not accept me saying that the packaging is open so no change can be made (Return is not provided at all). From this the sellers know nothing about the products in order to suggest you something suitable. It is better to turn to a foreign company such as Jysk, because the prices are better, they accept changes and product returns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - I waited for the bed twice longer than the Managers advised , although it was in stock, as they said
- delivery service came to the wrong location, I wasted my time while waiting for them
- the bed could not be lifted on the 9hth floor due to it is a whole bed, that cannot be divided by parts. The managers did not ask for the details to find out if they are able to lift it, although there are lots of old buildings in Athens with similar features, I suppose
- they took 60 eur for delivery of the bed which I had to reject because of their inability to deliver it to my apartment, so actually I did not reject it, they could not perform their obligations properly and took money for this in addition!
