Δημητρίου δεν την είχε μεταφέρει στα κεντρικά και το ανακαλύψαμε παίρνοντας τηλ μετά από δύο ημέρες για να προσθέσουμε στην παραγγελία άλλο ένα είδος. Αφού την ξανακάναμε μας είπαν ότι θα παραλάβουμε σε 10 ημέρες. Μετά από 10 εργάσιμες ημέρες περάσαμε από το κατάστημα και μας ενημέρωσαν ότι δεν ήταν έτοιμη και θα χρειαζόντουσαν επιπλέον ημέρες αλλά δεν ήξεραν πόσες. Εμείς φεύγουμε σε μία εβδομάδα για το εξοχικό και ήταν αμφίβολο αν θα είχαμε τελικά τα είδη που χρειαζόμασταν. Τα δύο αστέρια δίνονται μόνο και μόνο γιατί μας έδωσαν την προκαταβολή πίσω όταν τελικά ακυρώσαμε την παραγγελία μας. We had to place the order twice. The store of Ag. Dimitriou had not transferred it to the headquarters and we found out by calling two days later to add another item to the order. After we did it again we were told that we would receive it in 10 days. After 10 working days we went through the store and they informed us that it was not ready and they would need extra days but they did not know how many. We leave in a week for the cottage and it was doubtful if we would finally have the items we needed. The two stars are given only because they gave us the deposit back when we finally canceled our order.

Δυστυχώς δεν μέτρησα σωστά τις διαστάσεις του αντικειμένου που αγόρασα και έκανα το μεγάλο λάθος να ανοίξω τη νάιλον συσκευασία, αξίας λίγων λεπτών. Η κ. Καραμητσοπούλου ιδιοκτήτρια της εταιρείας στην 20λεπτη τηλ. μας συνομιλία με "μάλωσε" επανελημένα που πήρα λάθος μέτρα και ήταν πάρα πολύ εκνευριστική. Σε καμία περίπτωση δεν δεχόταν πίσω το προϊόν (ήθελα να το αλλάξω, όχι να πάρω πίσω χρήματα ) ακόμα και αν δεν είχε την παραμικρή φθορά. Ήταν η χειρότερη εξυπηρέτηση που είχα πότε. Ecoshadow company offers really good products at good prices. The only downside is that you can not return a product! Unfortunately I did not measure the dimensions of the item I bought correctly and I made the big mistake of opening the nylon package, worth a few minutes. Mrs. Karamitsopoulou, the owner of the company, in our 20-minute phone conversation, "argued" with me repeatedly that I took the wrong measures and it was very annoying. In no case did he accept the product back (I wanted to change it, not to get money back) even if it did not have the slightest damage. It was the worst service I have ever had.

Στο τηλέφωνο που με πήραν, μου λένε ότι όταν υπάρξει δρομολόγιο προς το μέρος μου, θα μου την στείλουν. Αποφασίζω να μην πω τίποτα και να κάνω εγώ την κίνηση να πάω να την πάρω από το κατάστημα τους στο Κορωπί. Πρώτη ένδειξη κακής εξυπηρέτησης. Όταν άνοιξα το μαξιλάρι που έμπαινε πάνω στην πολυθρόνα, είχε πολύ έντονη και άσχημη οσμή. Έπλυνα λοιπόν το μαξιλάρι με σκέτο κρύο νερό για να φύγει, και το άπλωσα. Μόλις στέγνωσε, αντιμετώπισα ένα μαξιλάρι γεμάτο λεκέδες σκούρους (σε μπεζ ύφασμα), εντελώς κατεστραμμένο από το υλικό που έχει μέσα και είχε ξεβάψει (με κρύο νερό και σε ένα υποτίθεται έπιπλο εξωτερικού χώρου!). Για να μην τα πολυλογώ, η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν ανεπαρκής, δεν πήραν καμία ευθύνη, με κατηγόρησαν "που δεν πήρα τηλέφωνο να ρωτήσω", "δεν είχαν γράψει πουθενά ότι είναι αδιάβροχο" και τέλος, εννοείται δεν ήθελαν να το αντικαταστήσουν. Απαράδεκτοι, και κρίμα την αγορά που έκανα αρχικά με τόση χαρά. I recently bought an outdoor armchair from the store's website. On the phone they took me, they told me that * when * there is a route to me, they will send it to me. I decide not to say anything and make the move to go and get it from their store in Koropi. First sign of poor service. When I opened the pillow that went on the armchair, it had a very strong and bad smell. So I washed the pillow with plain cold water to let it go, and spread it out. As soon as it dried, I came across a pillow full of dark stains (in beige fabric), completely damaged by the material inside and had faded (with cold water and in a supposedly outdoor piece of furniture!). Not to mention, the service was insufficient, they did not take any responsibility, they accused me "that I did not get a phone call to ask", "they did not write anywhere that it is waterproof" and finally, of course they did not want to replace it. Unacceptable, and a pity the purchase I made initially with so much joy.
