Connoisseurs of the subject. They helped a lot in my shopping. I did not like that there was no variety in prices. Only expensive products. Definitely quality. I believe that they are aimed at a specialized and demanding public.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I regret buying online in this store. I made an order to my country, and what happened was that they needed some documents for the custom clearance process. DHL from my country called the shop and had to send the package back because they never got an answer. Then I had to start taking care of things myself, and what happened was that I never got the package, somebody from the shop called DHL Greece, got misinformed and accused me of not wanting to pay custom clearance fees (which is impossible because those fees come in a letter after the package is delivered) and also accused me of not giving the necessary documents to DHL which is ridiculous because i don’t have documents to give to DHL, the only thing I have to do is giving all the informations for them to deliver the package. I had to call a lot of times DHL in my country and of course they told me I never done anything wrong because I paid the delivery costs. In the end I got a refund of the products only, I lost the shipping money. Even if it was a problem from DHL that’s no way to treat a client, very unprofessional. Good products but one of the worst services I saw in my life. Never going to buy there again that’s for sure.
