Κ	Κυριάκος Κυριακίδης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μακραν η χειρότερη υπηρεσία ! Όλοι είναι λες και μπαίνεις σε δημόσια υπηρεσία του 1990 ! Μηχανικούς που συνεργάζονται με διάφορες ιδιωτικές εταιρίες που είναι πάροχοι ! Έτσι και κάνεις το λάθος να μην δεχτείς την εταιρεία που θέλουν να προμοταρουν και να πάρουν το ποσοστό τους ,την πάτησες ! Θα σου βγάζουν συνέχεια ότι για τεχνικους λόγους και διάφορες άλλες ευφάνταστες ιστορίες ότι δεν μπορεί να προχωρήσει η διαδικασία για να βάλεις αέριο ! Απαράδεκτοι και ανεκδιηγητοι και πλήρως αδιάφοροι ! Επρεπε να πάω δύο φορές να κάνω φασαρία και ως δια μαγείας γινόταν το θαύμα και έρχονταν την επόμενη μέρα για να προχωρήσουν την διαδικασία! Αν είχε και μείον να πατήσω ,θα το πατούσα ! By far the worst service! They are all as if you were entering public service in 1990! Engineers working with various private companies that are providers! So you make the mistake of not accepting the company they want to promote and get their percentage, you pressed it! They will keep telling you that for technical reasons and various other imaginative stories that the process to put gas can not proceed! Unacceptable and unprosecuted and completely indifferent! I had to go twice to make a fuss and as if by magic the miracle happened and they came the next day to proceed with the process! If I had less to press, I would press it!

G	George Katrilakas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor customer service, Can not reach anybody on phone, After a week they have received my application for gas, they informed me that some documents were needed but due to the fact that a specific period of time has passed, my application would be cancelled.
a	a. kal. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the service hours are 8-13:30, If you arrive at 7:50 you will have to wait at least 2 hours in line. This is unacceptable as people gather from 6:30 and demand to be served first. I cannot see the reason why a working person needs to arrange a day-off in order to complete this procedure.
C	Caroline White on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the past 2 weeks I have been living in an administrative nightmare. I am desperately trying to get natural gas heating at my home. A natural gas puts through a request to EdaThess. The first time the request was denied by EdaThess with the following comment.... supporting documents missing. Now neither my provider nor EdaThess informed me that the request was denied. I found out days later. When I call EdaThess's customer service to ask which are those documents required, they were unable to answer!!! I must have called about 5 times. I ended up driving to their offices 1h30 (return) and queue for 2 hours to find out which documents are missing. I am back at the headquarters queueing to hand the documents in. This is just completely Kafkaesk.
