Εμένα συγκεκριμένα μου φέρανε διαφορετικά σώματα θέρμανσης από αυτά που είχαμε συμφωνήσει και 3 άτομα που ήμασταν μπροστά μας έβγαλαν τρελούς κ δεν ανέλαβε κάνεις την ευθύνη... Όποιος θέλει να του στείλω φωτογραφίες από τα καλοριφέρ που είναι στραβά γιατί η εγκατάσταση ήταν για διαφορετικά σώματα! CAUTION! Οι συνεργάτες υδραυλικοί δεν γνώριζαν ούτε να εγκαταστήσουν λέβητα αερίου και προκάλεσαν διαρροή αερίου. Αναγκαστήκαμε να πάρουμε άλλους μάστορες για να επιδιορθώσουν τις βλάβες. Επίσης, με την ασχετοσυνη τους κατάφεραν να μας αδειάσουν τρεις φιάλες αερίου 25 κιλών η μία! Μακριά από τέτοιους απατεώνες!!!! Επιπλέον, να σημειωθεί ότι ο λέβητας εμφάνισε βλάβες δύο μέρες μετά την αγορά και την εγκατάστασή του. Όταν ενημερώθηκαν τηλεφωνικώς στο κατάστημα, η απάντηση του αγενέστατου υπεύθυνου ήταν ότι δεν είμαστε σοβαροί άνθρωποι και αποκλείεται να συνέβη κάτι τέτοιο. Μάλιστα, μας είπε πως αυτοί πουλάνε οκτακόσιους καυστήρες την ημέρα και δεν θα κάθονται να ασχοληθούν με έναν!!! Το κερασάκι στην τούρτα ήταν ότι ο μάστορας που μας σύστησαν, ο οποίος είναι ο πιστοποιημένος αντιπρόσωπος της Riello στη Θεσσαλονίκη, μόλις έμαθε για τη βλάβη του λέβητα της εταιρείας δήλωσε ΠΩΣ ΔΕΝ ΓΝΩΡΙΖΕΙ ΑΠΟ ΑΥΤΑ ΤΑ ΜΗΧΑΝΗΜΑΤΑ!!! Μην σας παραπλανούν οι θετικές αξιολογήσεις των υπολοίπων. Όπως λέει και κάποιο σχόλιο παρακάτω, σταθείτε στις αρνητικές κριτικές και προτιμήστε οποιοδήποτε άλλο κατάστημα εκτός Θεσσαλονίκης, οι άνθρωποι είναι επικίνδυνα άσχετοι. Από έναν παθόντα. In fact, he told us that they sell eight hundred burners a day and will not sit down to deal with one !!! The icing on the cake was that the carpenter who introduced us, who is the certified representative of Riello in Thessaloniki, as soon as he learned about the fault of the company's boiler, stated that HE DOES NOT KNOW FROM THESE MACHINES !!! Do not be fooled by the positive reviews of others. As a comment below says, stand by the negative reviews and prefer any other store outside Thessaloniki, people are dangerously irrelevant.
