M	Minoa Panidou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το καλοκαίρι του 2019, είχανε κάνει καθαρισμό και συντήρηση τα κλιματιστικά του γραφείου μου. Τους είχα επιλέξει μετά από τηλεφωνική κλήση τους. Ο τεχνικός ήρθε 2 ώρες αργότερα, έπαιρνα τηλέφωνα στο μεταξύ στη εταιρία και δεν το σήκωνε κανείς. Όταν ο τεχνικός ήρθε, ήταν αγενής και μου έσπασε τον εσωτερικό μηχανισμό κίνησης και των 2 κλιματιστικών. Δεν ζήτησα αποζημίωση, ζήτησα μόνο να μη με ξαναενοχλήσουν, γιατί συνηθίζουν να παίρνουν τον κόσμο τηλέφωνο για να μαζέψουν πελάτες με λίγο πιο φθηνές προσφορές από το μέσο όρο. Επειδή τους το είπα άλλες 3 φορές από τότε, εξηγώντας τους τους λόγους που δεν θα ήθελα τις υπηρεσίες τους από την αρχή και επειδή είδα και πάλι κλήση σήμερα, αποφάσισα να το πω και γραπτώς, πως τους ευχαριστώ, αλλά να μου λείπουν τέτοιες υπηρεσίες. In the summer of 2019, the air conditioners in my office were cleaned and maintained. I had selected them after their phone call. The technician came 2 hours later, I was calling the company in the meantime and no one picked it up. When the technician came, he was rude and broke the internal drive of both air conditioners. I did not ask for compensation, I just asked not to be bothered again, because they tend to call people to gather customers with slightly cheaper offers than the average. Because I told them 3 more times since then, explaining the reasons why I would not want their services from the beginning and because I saw a call again today, I decided to say it in writing, that I thank them, but I miss such services.
f	fzr300 laz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επικοινώνησα τηλεφωνικά με την εν λόγω εταιρεία, για την τακτική συντήρηση των κλιματιστικών μου, επισημάνθηκε ότι το ένα από αυτά βρίσκεται σε μεγαλύτερο ύψος από ότι συνήθως και θα πρέπει να γίνει η χρήση σκάλας καθώς και η ερώτηση για το κόστος που απαιτείται για τις εργασίες, για το οποίο ενημερώθηκα ότι είναι 25 ευρώ.Στις 2-6-2022 ήρθε ο υπάλληλος χωρίς την απαραίτητη σκάλα , μας ενημέρωσε ότι τα 25 ευρώ αφορούν μόνο το πλύσιμο των φίλτρων( κάτι που μπορεί να κάνει και ο καθένας) και για να καθαριστεί και η "τουρμπίνα" για να έχει καλύτερο αποτέλεσμα το service χρειάζονται επιπλέον 15 ευρώ (διευκρίνηση που δεν έγινε τηλεφωνικά) , εργαλεία που χρειάστηκαν δεν τα είχε στην κατοχή του και αναζητήθηκαν από εμένα, το ένα διαγνώστηκε με βλάβη και έλλειψη ψυκτικού υγρού (που δεν είχε μαζί του για να συμπληρώσει) και σε λιγότερο από 2 λεπτά μας χρέωσε 15 ευρώ βάσει πολιτικής της εταιρείας. Τέλος απόδειξη για την παροχή υπηρεσιών δεν έχει δοθεί ενώ έχω ήδη επικοινωνήσει μαζί τους δύο φορές μέχρι σήμερα ( 8-6-2022) έτσι ώστε να σταλεί μέσω ηλεκτρονικού ταχυδρομείου. I contacted this company by phone, for the regular maintenance of my air conditioners, it was pointed out that one of them is at a higher height than usual and the ladder should be used as well as the question about the cost required for the work, for which I was informed that it is 25 euros. On 2-6-2022 the employee came without the necessary ladder, he informed us that the 25 euros only concern the washing of the filters (something that anyone can do) and to clean and the "turbine" to have a better result the service needs an additional 15 euros (clarification that was not done by phone), he did not have the tools he needed and they were searched by me, one was diagnosed with a fault and lack of coolant (which did not have with him to complete) and in less than 2 minutes he charged us 15 euros based on company policy. Finally, proof of service has not been given and I have already contacted them twice to date (8-6-2022) so that it can be sent via email.
