Πραγματικά νιώθω την ανάγκη να απαντήσω σ όλα αυτά τα σχόλια που αδικούν την προσπάθεια αυτών των ανθρώπων. ΜΌΝΟ ΣΤΗ ΔΕΗ μπορώ να διακανονίσω εκατό φορές το ίδιο χρέος. ΚΑΜΙΆ ΆΛΛΗ εταιρεία ενέργειας δεν προσφέρει αυτή τη δυνατότητα και μάλιστα το ρεύμα κόβεται από τον δεύτερο κιόλας ανεξοφλητο λογαριασμό. ΜΌΝΟ ΣΤΗ ΔΕΗ μπορώ να εξυπηρετηθω και μετά το πέρας του ωραρίου. Έχουν κλείσει και τέσσερις η ώρα προκειμένου να ολοκληρωθεί η δουλειά και του τελευταίου πελάτη που βρίσκεται μέσα. ΚΑΜΙΆ ΆΛΛΗ εταιρεία ενέργειας δεν υπερβαίνει το προκαθορισμένο ωράριο, ακόμα κι αν μείνει κάτι στη μέση. ΜΌΝΟ ΣΤΗ ΔΕΗ σου προτείνουν το φαξ ή το προσωπικό τους mail προκειμένου να σου αποσταλούν στοιχεία που πιθανόν σου λείπουν ώστε να μη φύγεις άπραγος. Σ' οποιαδήποτε άλλη εταιρεία σου ζητούν ευγενικά να ξανάρθεις. Γι' ΑΥΤΌ έχει πάντα τόσο κόσμο στη ΔΕΗ! Well done to everybody! Kind people with a smile and above all a willingness to serve. I really feel the need to respond to all these comments that do not work for these people. Only in PPC can I settle a hundred times the same debt. NO other energy company offers this option and the power is cut off from the second outstanding bill. ONLY IN PPC I can serve after the end of the working hours. Four hours have elapsed to complete the job and the last customer inside. NO other energy company goes beyond the predetermined schedule, even if something stays in the middle. ONLY at PPC they suggest their fax or personal mail in order to send you information that you may be missing so that you do not leave without delay. At any other company they kindly ask you to come back. That's why it has always been so popular in PPC!
Α	Αναστασια Δ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Και το ένα είναι πολύ!!! Θυμίζει Δημόσιο χειριστού είδους και ξεπερασμένο από υπαλλήλους προϊστάμενο κλπ!!! Καμμιά μέριμνα για τις ουρές!!! Οι πελάτες και ζώα να ήτανε θα είχανε καλύτεροι αντιμετώπιση!!!καμμιά μέριμνα από τους υπεύθυνους ,που θα μπορούσανε να βάλουμε μια σειρά αν ενδιαφέρονταν λίγο.Στην αρχή ο προϊστάμενος ήτανε ανσγωγος και δεν είχε καμμία διάθεση να ααααα μας εξυπηρετήσει.επειδη είχαμε πρόβλημα με την ρύθμιση και είχαμε εξοφλήσει ενώ μας έβγαζε χρέος,. Όταν αρχίσαμε να του μιλάμε όπως αυτός μας έστειλε κακειν κακως στον πρώτο όροφο όπου ο κύριος ήτανε εξυπηρετικός... And one is a lot !!! Reminiscent of a public operator and a boss outdated by employees etc !!! No worries about the queues !!! A	Aphrodite Grammenou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ενας κύριος στο κατάστημα θεσσαλονίκης , βλέποντας πως επείγει να κάνω σύνδεση καθώς μετακόμισα εκτάκτως για δουλειά στη πόλη, μου έκανε συμβόλαιο για κοινωνικό τιμολόγιο χωρίς να με ρωτήσει - χωρίς να μου το αναφέρει καν, μάλλον για να μη τσινήσω με τα 130 ευρώ εγγύηση, και τώρα είδαν πως δεν ανήκω στο κοινωνικό τιμολόγιο και μου ζητάνε το υπόλοιπο ποσό αφού έδωσα μόνο 20 ευρώ εγγύηση (εν αγνοία μου). Μου ζήτησε να τον βοηθήσω Μου τηλεφώνησαν από μια υπηρεσία για διακανονισμό . Προσπάθησα να εξηγήσω ότι αλλού είναι το πρόβλημα Είμαι σε απόγνωση .... Εάν κάποιος από την ΔΕΗ ΤΑ ΔΙΑΒΆΖΕΙ μπορεί κάποιος να μου εξηγήσει τι να κάνω ? More than 15 times I called the service and after waiting 15-20 'it closed. He is an 87-year-old man, alone. Το 2017 ο τότε διευθυντής μας μιλούσε εμένα και το σύζυγό μου με ύφος αυστηρό σημειώνοντας με φωσφόρουχο μαρκαδόρο τα σημεία που πρέπει να προσέξουμε . Ο λόγος του ήταν σαν να μαλωνει 2 παιδια που δεν ήταν φρόνιμα και έπρεπε να τα κάνουν όλα σωστά από δω και πέρα. Αναγκαστηκαμε να παμε σε ΔΕΗ άλλης περιοχής για να μας εξυπηρετήσουν. Η ευγένεια στην άλλη ΔΕΗ ήταν δεδομένη και όχι κάτι που θεωρειται προνόμιο λίγων. We needed to make a big account adjustment.
