V	Viktoria Papadopoulou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ καταρτισμένο προσωπικό, απαντούν με σαφήνεια και δίνουν σωστές λύσεις στα θέματα των ασφαλισμένων. Είχα δύο περίπλοκες και δύσκολες περιπτώσεις στις οποίες ανταποκρίθηκαν και έδωσαν τη βέλτιστη λύση χωρίς να ταλαιπωρηθώ καθόλου. Το εντυπωσιακό παραμένει ότι και στις δύσκολες σημερινές συνθήκες δίνουν κατευθύνσεις και λύσεις όπου είναι εφικτό και τηλεφωνικά!! Highly qualified staff, answer clearly and give the right solutions to the issues of the insured. I had two complicated and difficult cases in which they responded and gave the best solution without bothering at all. The impressive thing remains that even in today's difficult conditions they give directions and solutions where possible by phone !!

Απαντάνε τηλέφωνα, μέιλ, τρέχουν να σε εξυπηρετήσουν, ο διευθυντής πολύ εξυπηρετικός, στο τμήμα εσόδων και το προτοκολο σβέλτα.. Πραγματικά μπράβο τους! The best IKA branch I've ever been to. We are talking about service for millennia ahead! They answer phones, e-mails, they run to serve you, the director is very helpful, in the revenue department and the protocol swell .. Really well done!
T	Thanos T. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άλλα δικαιολογητικά ζητάει το site του ΕΦΚΑ, άλλα ζητάνε στο γκισέ...Η απάντηση της υπαλλήλου ήταν 'Μην εμπιστεύεστε το site, δεν τα λέει όλα σωστά...' The EFKA site asks for other supporting documents, others ask for it at the counter ... The employee's answer was 'Do not trust the site, it does not say everything correctly ...'

Κ ένα χρόνο συνεχόμενα να παίρνεις δεν πρόκειται να πιάσεις γραμμή εκτός αυτό έκλεισα ραντεβού έγκυος και πήγα κ είχαν απεργία δεν ειδοποίησαν ήταν μια κυρία που ασχολείται μ είπε μ τα μητρότητας κ μ παρότρυνε να ξανά κλείσω ραντεβού ξανά κλείνω λοιπόν και πάω και ήταν ένας ``ευγενέστατος``κύριος ο οποίος μόνο που δεν μσ έδιωξε με κλωτσιές λέγοντας μου ότι δεν αναλαμβάνουν πλέον θέματα μητρότητας και όταν του είπα ότι ήρθα δύο φορές χωρίς λόγο σ αυτή την κατάσταση μου είπε εγώ τι να σας κάνω κ οξταν τον ρώτησα γιατί δεν συκωνει τηλέφωνα μου είπε αν συκωσουμε και τα τηλέφωνα δεν θα σχολιάσουμε ποτέ.... Εν το μεταξύ δεν εξυπηρετούσε κανέναν εκείνη την ωρα Phones always downloaded! Σε ένα σχετικά πολύπλοκο ζήτημα μου, ασχολήθηκε προσωπικά και μάλιστα μέσω ανταλλαγής email και τελικά το ζήτημα επιλύθηκε. Με καθοδήγησε με υπομονή για τα έγγραφα που χρειάζονται και τη διαδικασία που πρέπει να ακολουθήσω με αποτέλεσμα να επιλυθεί το ζήτημα μου σε ελάχιστο χρόνο. Good Evening I would like to thank the Director of EFKA Kifissia. In a relatively complex issue of mine, he dealt personally and even through email exchange and finally the issue was resolved. He patiently guided me through the paperwork I needed and the process I had to follow so that my issue could be resolved in no time.
L	Lili Avanes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η όμορφη κυρία στο γραφείο πίσω(υπεύθυνη νομίζω του τμήματος) με εξυπηρέτησε με τον καλύτερο τρόπο, την ευχαριστώ θερμά για τις υπηρεσίες της ουσα έγκυος δεν με ταλαιπώρησε καθόλου ήταν σαφής σε ο,τι μου ζήτησε αφού την πρώτη φορά με είχαν παραπέμψει με λάθος χαρτιά από το 1555 αφού έφερα τα κατάλληλα χαρτιά ήταν άψογη η εξυπηρέτηση, σας ευχαριστώ πολύ!!! (17/6/2022) ώρα 11:30 εξυπηρετηθηκα στην υπηρεσία του μητρώου. The beautiful lady in the back office (I think in charge of the department) she served me in the best way, I thank her warmly for her services when I was pregnant she did not bother me at all she was clear in what she asked me after the first time I was referred with the wrong papers from 1555 after I brought the appropriate papers the service was impeccable , Thank you very much!!! (17/6/2022) at 11:30 I was served in the registry service.
