A	Athina mrd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση, ο πατέρας μου ήταν έξω στον καύσωνα δυο ώρες μη γνωρίζοντας ότι πρέπει να κλείσει ραντεβού ηλεκτρονικά και ερχόμενος από μακρυά, δεν απαντούσε κανεις στα τηλέφωνα για να τον βάλουν μέσα. Έπρεπε να φτάσουμε μέχρι τον προϊστάμενο για να γίνει η δουλειά μας. Αίσχος Unacceptable service, my father was out in the heat for two hours not knowing that he had to make an appointment electronically and coming from afar, no one answered the phones to put him in. We had to get to the boss to get our job done. Shame

Έχουμε πάει κάναμε σωστά τη διαδικασία και από δικό τους λάθος δεν φαίνεται πουθενά το όνομα …. Δώσαμε ξανά ραντεβού ( γιατί είναι σοβαρή εταιρία και δεν δέχονται χωρίς ραντεβού ) και παρόλα αυτά έχουμε πάει 2 φορές με ΡΑΝΤΕΒΟΥ και μετά από μιάμιση ώρα αναμονής δεν εξυπηρετηθήκαμε ! Φαντάζομαι είναι το ραντεβού του αργόσχολου !!! Ντροπή !!! Κρίμα που η ψηφιακή διακυβέρνηση στηρίζεται πάνω σε τόσο κακό έμψυχο δυναμικό
S	Stef me on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ότι και να πω είναι λίγο για το τμήμα παροχων!!!! Πήγα από κοντα μετά από προτροπή του 1555. Μου είπαν ότι δεν είναι οι αρμόδιοι να με εξυπηρετησουν και δεν έχουν καν την αίτηση μου. Επικοινωνώ με τον εφκα που με παρέπεμψαν και εκείνοι με διαβεβαίωσαν ότι έχουν διεκπαιρεωσει όλες τις υποχρεώσεις εκείνου του μήνα, οπότε σίγουρα δεν είναι εκείνοι που πρέπει να με εξυπηρετησουν. Προσπαθησα να επικοινωνήσω στην συνέχεια τηλεφωνικά αυτή τη φορα με τον συγκεκριμένο εφκα και ουδέποτε σήκωσαν κανένα μα κανένα τηλέφωνο. Στέλνω email αλλά κανένα σημάδι ζωής. Εν τέλη 1 μήνα αργότερα, έλαβα ταχυδρομικά το χαρτί που αρχικά ζητούσα. Και φυσικά είχε ημερομηνία 3 μήνες αργότερα από την ημερομηνία της αίτησης και 1 μήνα σχεδόν αργότερα απο την ημέρα που πήγα. Συνεπώς, δεν ήταν ότι πήγα σε λάθος τμήμα, αλλά ότι δεν είχαν μπει καν στον κόπο ακόμα να το εκδώσουν και αντί να μου πουν δεν είναι ακόμα έτοιμο, με έστελναν από δω και από κει. Αυτά τα ολίγα από εμένα. Whatever I say is a little for the providers department !!!! I went close at the urging of 1555. I was told that they were not in charge of serving me and did not even have my application. I contact the efka who referred me and they assured me that they have fulfilled all the obligations of that month, so they are definitely not the ones who have to serve me. I then tried to contact the specific efka by phone this time and they never picked up any phone. I send email but no sign of life. At the end of 1 month later, I received the paper I originally requested. And of course it was dated 3 months after the application date and almost 1 month after the day I went. So it was not that I went to the wrong department, but that they had not even bothered to publish it and instead of telling me it was not ready yet, they sent me here and there. These few from me.

O	Or Seti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetence, ignorance and simply ill will. Inventing impossible and absurd conditions that are contrary to Greek law! The malice and dull satisfaction they get from being able to do bad things with impunity. I have not come across such brazen, degrading treatment anywhere else in Greece. Shame!
