Απαντούν στο τηλέφωνο και στα emails, μιλούν ευγενικά και σου εξηγούν αναλυτικά το κάθε τι που χρειάζεται, χωρίς να βιάζονται να στο κλείσουν. I did not expect such a service for public service. They answer the phone and emails, speak politely and explain in detail everything you need, without rushing to close it.
