★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δύσκολη η ανηφόρα με ποδήλατο αλλά άξιζε τον κόπο. Η διαδρομή είναι εύκολη και σε όλο το μήκος της υπάρχει άσφαλτος.
Ο Ιερός Ναός βρίσκεται στην κορυφή ενός λόφου, περιτριγυρισμένος από πεύκα. Ο χώρος είναι πολύ προσεγμένος και καθαρός. Προτείνεται για εκδρομές και πικ νικ. Τα παιδιά μπορούν να παίξουν με αρκετή ασφάλεια εδώ ή να κάνουν ποδήλατο.
Μαρμάρινη πλάκα έξωθεν του Ιερού Ναού μας πληροφορεί ότι:
"Σήμερον την 13ην Σεπτεμβρίου 2007 εθεμελιώθη ο Ιερός ούτος Ναός προς τιμήν και προσκύνησιν του Τιμίου και Ζωοποιού Σταυρού, αρχιερατεύοντος και ευλογούντος του σεβασμιωτάτου Μητροπολίτου Θηβών και Λεβαδείας κ.κ. Ιερωνύμου και δημαρχούντος στο Δήμο Σχηματαρίου του κ.κ. Γεωργίου Ευαγγέλου μνησθήει Κύριος ο Θεός τούτων και πάντων των συμβαλόντων εις το έργο τούτο εις τον αιώνα αιώνος".
Πρόκειται λοιπόν για ένα μικρό ναΐδριο αφιερωμένο στην Ύψωση του Τιμίου Σταυρού , με ένα εξίσου μικρό καμπαναριό. Στο πλάι του ναού υπάρχουν παγκάκια για ξεκούραση κάτω από τη σκιά των δέντρων.
 It was difficult to go uphill by bike but it was worth it. The route is easy and there is asphalt along its entire length.
The Holy Temple is located on top of a hill, surrounded by pine trees. The place is very neat and clean. Recommended for excursions and picnics. Children can play safely here or ride a bike.
A marble slab outside the Holy Temple informs us that:
"Today, on September 13, 2007, the Holy Temple was founded in honor and worship of the Holy and Life-giving Cross, archpriest and blessing of the Most Reverend Metropolitan of Thebes and Levadia, Mr. Ieronymos, and the Mayor, Mr. God of these and all those who contributed to this work in the century ".
So it is a small nave dedicated to the Exaltation of the Holy Cross, with an equally small bell tower. On the side of the temple there are benches for relaxation under the shade of the trees.
