★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καθόλου καλή γνώμη,μού είπαν δεν δέχονται κάρτες μόνο μετρητά γιατί
χάλασε το μηχάνημα I pod, το πρόβλημα ήταν ότι είχε Ανάψη το λαμπάκι
βενζίνης καί ανησυχούσα μήπως δεν φθάσω στο επόμενο βενζινάδικο μου
κακόφάνηκε καί δεν μού άρεσε και ο τρόπος τών αλλοδαπών υπαλλήλων,
ήταν εντελώς αδιάφοροι,για επαγγελματίες,(υποτίθεται),δεν ήταν
ανθρώπινη συμπεριφορά, ευγενικήπιστεύω ότι ακολουθούσαν εντολές
νά μήν δέχονται κάρτες για φορολογικούς λόγους,αυτή είναι η γνώμη μου.
Μπορεί να κάνω ΛΑΘΟΣ για τό άν υπήρχε εντολή,είναι μιά πιθανότητα,
αλλά ο τρόπος τους ήταν ξυνός και μου πέρασε από το μυαλό.
Πολύ λυπάμαι να γράφω αρνητικά σχόλια,αλλά πρέπει νά καταλάβουν όλοι
ότι πρέπει να φέρονται ως επαγγελματίες πού σέβεται τον πελάτη που τού
αφήνει τα χρήματα του.Ας έγραφε μιά πινακίδα.
Είναι ιερός κανόνας, νά σέβεσαι τον πελάτη,αν παραβιάζεται αυτό τότε
νά τό κλείση.
Ο πελάτης έχει πάντα δίκιο,πλήν αν είναι παράφρων η ληστής.Αυτά.
Εύχομαι να διορθώσουν τα κακώς κείμενα.
No good thought, I was told they don't accept cash cards just because
broke the I pod machine, the problem was that the lamp was on
and I was worried that I would not get to my next gas station
he was malicious and I didn't like the way the foreign officials,
they were totally indifferent, for professionals, (supposedly), they weren't
human behavior, I politely believe that orders were followed
not to accept cards for tax purposes, that's my opinion.
I can make a mistake about whether there was a command, it's a possibility,
but their way was sour and it crossed my mind.
I am very sorry to write negative comments, but everyone should understand
that they should be treated as professionals respecting their client
leaves a money. Let him write a sign.
It is a sacred rule to respect the customer if it is violated then
to close it.
The client is always right, unless the robber is insane.
I hope they correct the bad texts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγενείς υπάλληλοι! Πελάτης χρόνια, τον τελευταίο καιρό έχω δει πολλή αγένεια. Την τελευταία φορά που πήγα ο υπάλληλος μου έβαλε 24.32 ευρώ βενζίνη!! Και οταν μου έδωσε για ρέστα 60 λεπτά και του είπα οτι κάνει λάθος και είναι 70 τα λεπτά, θυμήθηκε να μου πει οτι δεν έχει 10λεπτο (διότι μάλλον το είχε δεδομένο ότι δεν πρέπει να παραπονεθώ για τα ρέστα!) και επέμενε να φύγω έτσι, χωρίς τα σωστά ρέστα μου. Όταν του είπα οτι άμα δεν έχει ψιλά να μην σταματάει την μάνικα στο 24.32 αλλα στο 24 τα πήρε κιόλας και μονολογούσε. Ε, δεν πάτε καλά μου φαίνεται!! Ντροπή, όταν υπάρχει κόσμος εκεί έξω άνεργος που θα έκανε πολύ καλύτερα αυτήν την δουλειά, να έχετε αγενείς υπαλλήλους που θεωρούν δεδομένο οτι πρέπει να "κλέβουν" 10λεπτα απο τους πελάτες τους. Υπάρχει κι άλλο καλό βενζινάδικο στη γειτονιά και δεν θα σας ξαναπροτιμήσω!!
Rude employees! Customer years, lately I have seen a lot of rudeness. The last time I went the employee gave me 24.32 euros petrol !! And when he gave me 60 minutes for the change and I told him that he was wrong and it is 70 minutes, he remembered to tell me that he does not have 10 minutes (because he probably had it given that I should not complain about the change!) And he insisted that I leave like that, without my proper change. When I told him that if he doesn't have any money, he shouldn't stop the hose at 24.32, but at 24 he took it and monologued. Well, it's not going well it seems to me !! It is a shame, when there are unemployed people out there who would do this job much better, to have rude employees who take it for granted that they have to "steal" 10 minutes from their customers. There is another good gas station in the neighborhood and I will not prefer you again !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγένεια και απουσία επαγγελματισμού.
Χθες (28/2/2021) έβαλα βενζίνη στο συγκεκριμένο πρατήριο. Από τον υπάλληλο δεν ρωτήθηκα τι βενζίνη θέλω, του επισήμανα εγώ ότι θέλω απλή και μου έβαλε εκατοστάρα. Όταν τον ρώτησα γιατί έβαλε άλλο τύπο βενζίνης από αυτόν που του ζητήθηκε μου απάντησε ''δεν το άκουσα'' χωρίς να ζητήσει καν συγνώμη.
Rudeness and lack of professionalism.
Yesterday (28/2/2021) I put petrol at the specific gas station. I was not asked by the employee what petrol I want, I pointed out to him that I want simple and he gave me a cent. When I asked him why he put another type of gasoline than the one he was asked for, he replied "I did not hear it" without even apologizing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ημουν πολυ ικανοποιημένη από το πρατήριο κ τις υπηρεσίες, ήμουν σταθερή πελάτισσα 2 χρονια κ έπλενα το όχημα μου κάθε μήνα εκεί. 17 Αυγούστου όμως ο πολύ αγενης κύριος όπου καθαρίζει τα αυτοκίνητα με έδιωξε φωνάζοντας ότι δεν έχει χρόνο, το κατάλαβα κ έφυγα χωρίς να πω δεύτερη κουβέντα. Επαναλήφθηκε σήμερα όμως, όταν είχα αφήσει το όχημα από τις 8.30 το πρωι για πλύσιμο κ με ραντεβού παραλαβής στις 15.00. Όταν πήγα να το παραλάβω πάλι έγινε επιθετικός ο ίδιος κύριος λέγοντας μου πως δεν είχε ενημερωθεί από τον άλλο υπάλληλο κ ότι θα το πλύνει αφού τελειώσει αυτό π έκανε. Μου γύρισε την πλάτη κ έφυγε λέγοντας ότι δεν είναι πρόβλημα του που δεν τον ενημέρωσε ο άλλος υπάλληλος, και φυσικά δεν ειπε ούτε καν μια συγγνώμη για τα τυπικά! Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά του εν λόγο κυρίου! Κρίμα
I was very satisfied with the gas station and the services, I was a regular customer for 2 years and I washed my vehicle there every month. But on August 17, the very rude gentleman where he cleans the cars chased me away shouting that he has no time, I realized that and left without saying a second word. It was repeated today, however, when I had left the vehicle from 8.30 in the morning for washing and with a pick-up appointment at 15.00. When I went to pick it up again, the same gentleman became aggressive, telling me that he had not been informed by the other employee and that he would wash it after he finished what he had done. He turned his back on me and left saying that it was not his problem that the other employee did not inform him, and of course he did not even say an apology for the formalities! Unacceptable behavior of this gentleman! Pity
