Marica Labrou is a Senior Business Leader with more than 30 years of experience, 21 of which in the IT industry. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of La Verne and an MSc degree in Chemical Engineering from the Polytechnic School of University of Patras.

She has been successfully involved in both business strategy and operational development and she is well acquainted with multinational and local working environments. Mrs Labrou is committed to results and a passionate learner with an authentic looking forward approach. She is an active member of various professional associations, volunteer mentor, business issues speaker and writer.

She currently holds an independent non-executive BoD member role at ENTERSOFT (leading software and services company, listed in the Athens Stock Exchange) and Focus Bari (top Research agency, affiliate partner of YouGov in Greece). She is also the Vice President of ACEO (Association of CEOs in Greece).

As a Managing Director of KAFKAS, she combined the successful family tradition of a dynamically growing company (>€150M revenue and >950 employees) with modern managerial and digital transformation practices to further enhance business results by achieving high operational efficiency, this being reflected on various distinctions on growth and operational excellence.

As a Managing Director at Fegime Hellas & Cyprus, she actively participated in strategy formation and the local implementation of it.

During her General Management assignment at Intersys, she further strengthened company’s position through obtaining No1 place in market shares, winning critical new accounts, exceeding European average on Customer Loyalty Index, getting widely recognized business awards, restructuring organization and processes to achieve superior efficiency aiming to becoming the top printing and document management partner of Enterprises of all sizes and sectors in Greece.

As the CEO of SingularLogic, she led a Top SW and IT Integration company with 700+ employees, hundreds of partners, thousands of customers and more than ten subsidiaries in 4 countries, to obtain a sustainable competitive advantage through increasing extroversion, streamlining of activities and building of a solid internal structure.

As an Executive Committee member of SingularLogic Group for 10 years, she significantly contributed to transforming one of the most prominent IT players to a strategic partner of customers and organizations in South East Europe.

As a Managing Director at SingularLogic Integrator, she led a top IT Integrator to successfully undertake large scale projects in both private and public sector in Greece.

She has also worked for Microsoft Hellas, Hewlett Packard Hellas, BSP (Bosch-Siemens-Pitsos) and other major companies, and she has contributed as Coach for Productivity Network of SEV (Hellenic Federation of Enterprises).

She has been a Member of Board of Directors at Federation of Hellenic ICT Enterprises (SEPE) in the years 2013 and 2014.

She is fluent in Greek (native language), English and Italian.
