Η απόσβεση της ήρθε από την οικονομία του καυσίμου που έκανε σε σχέση με την παλιά μου σόμπα

Στο δεύτερο χρόνο χρήσεις έχω κάνει εξοικονόμηση χρημάτων
Αν δεν κοιτάξεις την αρχική τιμή της σόμπας και το δεις σε βάθος χρόνου και την κατανάλωση που κάνει τότε θα διαπιστώσεις ότι είναι η φθηνότερη της αγοράς και προπάντων είναι la nordica

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επικοινώνησα με τον εν λόγω κατάστημα και τον Κυριακιδη για μία αγορά που επιθυμούσα. Αφού ολοκλήρωσα τις διαδικασίες αγοράς, έκανα την κατάθεση των χρημάτων όπως είχαμε συμφωνήσει και παρέλαβα τα προϊόντα , αντιλήφθηκα ότι λείπει ένα πολύ βασικό εξάρτημα (αξίας 160€) και τον κάλεσα ξανά.
Η συμπεριφορά του αυτή τη φορά (αφού είχε παραλάβει τα χρήματα) ήταν άκρως αντιεπαγγελματική και ο τρόπος που μου απευθυνόταν αγενέστατος. Έφτασε στο σημείο ακόμη και να μου κλείσει το τηλέφωνο ενώ μιλούσαμε.
Φυσικά δεν δέχθηκε το λάθος του και θεώρησε σωστό να με παροτρύνει να αγοράσω ότι λείπει από την παραγγελία μου, από καταστήματα της περιοχής μου.
Να σημειωθεί ότι το εξάρτημα το οποίο έλειπε φυσικά και είχε πληρωθεί όπως είχαμε συμφωνήσει, βάσει τιμολογίου.
Ο εν λόγω κύριος είναι άκρως αντιεπαγγελματίας αλλά και πάρα πολύ αγενής.
I contacted the store in question and Kyriakidis for a purchase I wanted. After completing the purchase procedures, I made the deposit as we had agreed and received the products, I realized that a very basic component is missing (worth € 160) and I called it again.
His behavior this time (after he had received the money) was highly unprofessional and the way he addressed me was very rude. He even got to the point where he hung up on me while we were talking.
Of course he did not accept his mistake and considered it right to urge me to buy what is missing from my order, from stores in my area.
Note that the part which was missing of course and was paid as we had agreed, based on an invoice.
This gentleman is extremely unprofessional but also very rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ανοίγω τη πόρτα και ΔΕΝ γεμίζει το δωμάτιο καπνό. Ξεχνάς να βάλεις ξύλα. Δεν έχουμε αδειάσει στάχτη (από χθες καεί συνέχεια). Το τζάμι δεν μαυρίζει. Όσο για ζέστη... σκαμε. Τα ξύλα τα αγοράσαμε χθες. Δεν είναι και τα πιο ξερά. Μάλλον υγρά θα τα έλεγα. Είμαστε απόλυτα ευχαριστημένοι!
I open the door and the room is NOT filled with smoke. You forget to put wood. We have not emptied ash (it has been burning continuously since yesterday). The glass does not tarnish. As for heat ... we popped. We bought the wood yesterday. They are not the driest. I would say rather liquid. We are absolutely happy!
