Dog owners gather in the evening and its really fun to watch.
There are some exercise instruments and a basketball court.
There is no shade for sunny days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very beautiful vast park. It's great for kids because they are safe from cars. The roads are meters away. A nice and clean place relatively new. Plus it has an outdoor basketball court and lots of grass for kids to play around. People with dogs who live nearby respect the place and usually have plastic bags to clean up the mess of their dogs. Also when they see kids playing, they keep their dog a safe distance from them. I totally respect that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place has shade to sit under and is a great spring, autumn and early summer destination; with enough space for the kids to run around safe from cars. There are benches for the guardians big enough to eat there if you don't like to have a picnic on the grass. I think there is no water supply in the area and in the evening the mosquitoes can become a nuisance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very beautiful small forest in east Thessaloniki between the areas of K. Toumpa, Xarilaou and Pylaia. With many trees and routes this place offers you the opportunity to go for a walk or run around. It is also an ideal spot to bring your dog for play. There was water in the past but now it is a dry land. You could hear the frogs singing!! The paths are great, there are bridges to go to the other side. It becomes more special during the spring when you see the blossoms bloom.
