★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elatos Resort is a mind boggling contradiction between beautiful scenery and truly worst of class service, customer attention and ultimately respect. The owners clear priority is to skim the guests with a price tag that has *nothing* to do with the services offered. Staff is strikingly undertrained and they just don’t care. Infrastructure has been underinvested for decades. This is a tragic case of a resort that could be 5* world class and instead it is offending to the client and common sense. The only way to do this is go when prices are off peak, stay in the chalets but arrange to do everything else off the premises. These people live in the dark ages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We can never get enough of Elatos. The service is impeccable, the pool is a dream in between the woods, the location is the best you could ask for. Far away so close to the slopes as well as Arachova. A paradise on earth for kids!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Breathtaking location and cosy log cabins at a relatively convenient location a couple of hours away from Athens. Very helpful and polite stuff. Excellent option for a relaxing gateway both during winter and summer. Summer camp for children is also a great option and offers them a number of very interesting in/outdoors activities.

Staff, family size chalet, cuisine, all services and facilities provided were excellent. I especially loved the massage by Maria who has heavenly touch and was the highlight of my stay at Elatos resort we will. Return hopefully soon! Thank you so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place in a forest landscape. The chalets are great though they have seen some years.
I had trouble with the plugs as they only worked when the light switch was on. This makes sleeping at night with a CPAP or charging phones annoying. Some of the walls had not been cleaned in months.
The clubhouse offers a good selection of tasty food. The mushroom dish at the breakfast buffet was outstanding.
Chalets are suitable for self-catering, so bring your stuff including your own Nespresso capsules. The initial tea and coffee set is miser and you can't get anything close by.
The fireplace is lovely and the heating works well.
