The chalets are nicely made and the service is excellent. Ask for detailed directions on how to get there. Google maps was misleading in our case.
S	Stefanos Addimando on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WATCH my video to get a quick glimpse of what the VIP 4 Seasons chalets looks like from the eyes of a visitor. We stayed at the Deluxe Chalet Melaena, a two-story apartment with a staircase. Very spacious, with earthly colours and comfortable couches. 2 bathrooms and one small lavatory, 2 bedrooms of which one with its own bathroom. Ideal for families (the bottom room is equipped with 3 beds). Heating via central heating and a cosy fireplace. What I particularly loved: - the big windows, allowing for plenty of natural light inside. - the location: at an elevation of 1,200m above sea level, Livadi town is a plateau right above fancy Arachova town and below the ski resort of Parnassos. It’s an ideal place if you’re looking to enjoy absolute peace in a setting surrounded by fir trees, mountain tops and lots of snow in the winter. VIP 4 Seasons is located on the way to Korikio Andro cave (that’s a smart way to look for it if lost) and then you make a left instead of going right. - Ideal for families: big spaces, safe parking spot (right outside your chalet), big comfortable beds, a kitchen with all the necessary amenities.
P	Pavlos Addimando on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing hospitality in a unique settlement. The view is majestic with pine trees everywhere, quiet neighborhood with few chalets around. Be careful at night as wild boars come out to search for food. Usually they are scared but better be safe! I loved their showers, bedrooms and decoration. The big chalet can host up to 6 people and it’s very big and cosy!
b	ben jaminlaw on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good all round. The price may seem a lot but they have every detail covered. a free generous continental breakfast more than enough for breakfast and lunch. An on site chef that was kept on site even though we were the only guests at the time due to covid. With no restaurants open around we still ate like kings. Very clean and well designed room perfect water pressure in the shower a small fire with kindling and a log with excellerant in order to get the fire going fast. Lovely scenery and absolute silence at night. They cater to your every need and it was well worth every penny.
P	Peny Papadimitriou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited the vip chalet for 3 nights. We were 3 families with small children aged 3-9. The landscape and the position of the hotel is truly amazing but the service is terrible. First of all, we arrived at the hotel exactly at the check in time, 15:00 and we managed to get in our room at 18:00. During that time we went to the playground (January!!!). As a result, the kids were tired and cold and we just had to wait for a room that we paid for 900 per night. Moreover no one took us to the room as a welcome or to show us anything about it. They just pointed out which one is ours and we had to get back for the key. The breakfast was poor and not continental, as the director writes in another comment. There was no milk and cereals, no yogurt, no cheesepie and they said that we had to choose coffe or juice per person. The breakfast had jam, honey, eggs, bananas and apples. The sofa of the living room of the room was broken and when we mentioned that they replied simply that they are aware of it and nothing more. We even had to argue about the parking outside our room. After hours of arguing they refunded 250€ in more than 7000€ we had to pay in total. As a result it definitely not value for money. It is highly NOT recommended.
