Decent electronics store with competitive rates and fast delivery. The staff is very polite & helpful

It’s a good store which you can find every thing there! But there was a problem, I had ordered a stove and washing machine one week ago and they were supposed to send it for me in maximum 3 days , but I didn’t receive them until now.

Very bad experience regarding customer service. Just wanted to buy 3 Lenovo laptops C340, and just had the question if the stylus pen is included as in the smaller version. The representative couldn't see that information on her screen and just replied that I have to find out on my own through a written request towards the shop myself, she unfortunately can't do the research for me. So the prices may be good, but the service unfortunately has an attitude which leaves a very bad impression. I wanted to spend some 1.600 EUR, it wasn't a low price order that the rep didn't want to get involved with. If you have the chance to buy somewhere else, definitely avoid Electroholic!

The laptop i order came without the Greece power plug. Even though it was written in the invoice.

Worst store I have ever used. I order online a lot especially during this pandemic it's only grown. I've ordered from stores all across Greece and in the EU but I have never come across a store this bad. I have waited over a week and the item hasn't even been dispatched even though the website and telephone center tells me the item is in stock. Furthermore every day I called them to get an update on when the item will be shipped I was promised it'll be the next working day. 5 working days later and the item still hasn't even left their secondary storage unit. In order to ship the product out it first has to reach the primary storage unit and only then the shipping company picks it up. It's been a whole week and it still hasn't even reached their primary storage unit. (All this info was given by their customer support) Furthermore I called them to cancel my order because 1. I don't want to support such terrible businesses and 2. It's taken way too long and I still don't know when it would actually ship. Maybe 2 days maybe another week. One thing that's for sure is that they have no idea what they're doing. So I called to cancel my order and more then 24 hours later my order still hasn't been cancelled. So I called support again and asked if my order is still active to which the representative said yes of course (like it was a good thing). So not only do they not ship out your products but they also fail to cancel your order when you've asked them. STAY AWAY FROM ELECTROHOLIC. Hands down the worst company I've ever used or talked to. NEVER AGAIN!

They don't even deserve one star. I am shocked by so much incompetence combined with lies. Without counting how difficult it is for a foreigner living in Greece to receive a minimum of assistance. Don't ever order here for your sake.

Hidden costs, the site gives you one price and when you go in store you get another

These people have nothing in stock, they work only with orders even though their website might say differently. If you don't have a problem waiting then it's fine, but if you want something right there and then, don't choose this store.
