★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ψυγείο LG των 700 ευρώ μου ήρθε με χτυπήματα και γκρατζουνια. Κάλεσα στη γραμματεία της εταιρείας και με παρεπεμψαν σε ένα άλλο τηλέφωνο για να μιλήσω με τον αρμόδιο. Αυτό το τηλέφωνο λοιπόν προσπαθώ να το καλέσω 8 ώρες σερί, και βγάζει μονίμως ήχο κατηλειμμενου. Επισης πλέον ούτε με τη γραμματεία μπορώ να επικοινωνήσω από τη στιγμή που τους κάλεσα την πρώτη φορά.
Το χειρότερο customer experience που είχα ποτέ.
LG refrigerator of 700 euros came to me with blows and scratches. I called the company's secretariat and they called me on another phone to talk to the person in charge. So I try to call this phone for 8 hours in a row, and it always makes a lasting sound. I can no longer even contact the secretariat from the moment I first called them.
The worst customer experience I've ever had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 29/1 ο γυιός μου μου έκανε δώρο έναν υπολογιστή acer ο οποίος απο την αρχή είχε περιστασιακά πρόβλημα στην τροφοδοσία ρεύματος στην θύρα του υπολογιστή, τον έστειλα για να τον τσεκάρουν και μου είπαν οτι το συγκεκριμμένο πρόβλημα δεν καλύπτεται απο την εγγύηση με αποτέλεσμα να το πάω σε άλλον τεχνικό και να περιμένω να έρθει ανταλλακτικό απο το εξωτερικό 1 μήνα και να το πληρώσω απο την τσέπη μου, η συμπεριφορά τους δε απαράδεκτη, δεν θα έπαιρνα ξανά απο τους ίδιους ούτε καρφίτσα
29/1 my son gave me an acer computer as a gift which from the beginning had occasional problems with the power supply to the computer port, I sent it to be checked and they told me that this problem is not covered by the warranty so I go to another technician and wait for a spare part to come from abroad for 1 month and pay for it out of my own pocket, and their behavior is unacceptable, I would not take a pin from them again
