Horrible experience, will never buy at Electronet again. I bought a Rohnson vacuum cleaner not so long ago, and the plastic attachment between the muzzle and the extension tube was loose when I purchased it. I didn’t realize this until I used the vaccum cleaner and this lose part fell. As you can see in the picture it is a small piece attached to the plastic. I returner with my valid warranty to Electronet and after verifying the damage and my warranty they told me to contact the service shop to get a replacement done, which according to electronet staff would be no problem. In October, we went to the service shop in Heraklion and the man with the glasses told us that he would get a spare part from the main shop in Athens and call us to pick it up. 3 weeks went by, and I phone the service shop who told me it hasn’t arrived yet. And we waited for yet another month, called back and they still told us it didn’t arrive. In December, after almost 3 months wait, we visited the service shop to see what’s going on. The man with the glasses again, told us he hadn’t even put the order in his computer. So as you can see, they forgot about this due to irresponsibility. Instead of solving the problem, they decided to yet again postpone the order. It has been 3 months and we didn’t receive the spare part. The service shop was very unprofessional, disrespectful and had a violent and aggressive tone to get me out of their shop. I was lied to for 3 months by electronet and their service shop. I have a valid warranty which clearly states that there should be a replacement free of charge of any damages made by the manufacturer, which is the case here. Unfortunately, not only did they illegally not follow the consumer law held by the warranty, they also lied to me for 3 months about the spare part order. How can you feel safe to spend your money at a shop who’s interest is to rob you and not serve you? It was my first time buying from them and definitely the last time. They might have gained 59euros for a vacuum cleaner from, but they lost me as a client. Now I’d rather spend my money elsewhere where I know I will get my legal consumer right protected when purchasing. Absolutely disgusting! I have contacted Rohnson’s headquarter in Czech Repuclic and they told me that as long as the warranty is valid there is no issue in getting this replacement. Please protect yourselves from corrupt companies who steal money from you and do not abide by the legal protection of consumer rights!
