I've have had problems with Plaisio twice. First time I ordered 2 GPUs but I only received one and on top of that I was informed that the second one would be delivered 3 months later! On the second order I was supposed to have my package 3 days ago and then today the delivery guy called and when I didn't see the call he left and told me he would come back tomorrow after admitting he didn't even knock on my door! Fix it!

This place offers a large percentage of electronic appliances except fridges, ovens, etc. Also you can find a nice variety of computer parts often at the cheapest price in Greece. The staff is very kind and really helpful. Their warranty service is excellent and they don't try to avoid replacing detective products. The only thing to avoid there is turbox products, the quality is abysmal, only buy them if you just want to offer the least possible amount of money for something (e.g. cheapest webcam)

Alibaba from China has better customer service, and probably the same quality of electronics. Stay away from this company if you value your money

Honestly one of the most ridiculous online shopping experiences I 've had in Greece. I needed multuiple computer supplies (monitor, cables...) and wanted to order form a “trusted” company. - I placed my order on a Tuesday. Delivery was promised Friday (not "estimated", but promised) Friday came and went with no contact from Plaisio -Friday I called customer service. I asked if anyone spoke English, they said "no, we will call you" I waited 2 days, no call. -I messaged Plaisio customer support on facebook, they said they could'nt help but they would get someone to call me. I waited 2 days, no call -I asked a Greek friend on Monday to call on my behalf, he was promised my order would be delivered by next Wendesday at the latest. Tuesday and Wednesday came and went, no order, and no contact from Plaisio. - In the meantime I ordered from Kotsovolos, and received the exact same items (for a little cheaper) within24 hours. - I messaged customer service and told them I'd like to cancel my order. They told me someone would call me to process it. I waited 4 days and guess what... nobody called me. So im just going to assume it's cancelled and never order from them again. What a joke. *update* 2 weeks after I placed my order I finally had a call from Plaisio to say my order delivery would be delayed because of the courier (you think?!) the customer service agent did not speak English and was reading from a script (this is not a complaint about her, she shouldn’t have been put under stress and asked to make a call in English if she could not understand or speak it) she had to put me on hold every time I asked a question, I tried to explain I cancelled the order, she didn’t understand and told me again the courier would deliver eventually at some unconfirmed date. So honestly I just hung up.
