Πηγα να τους πω και δεν ειχα την αποδειξη και μου ειπαν δεν μπορούμε να κανουμε κατι. Δεν ξαναπαιρνω τπτ απο το συγκεκριμένο μαγαζι.. I got a hair dryer from the store for 39 euros in the third use with a simple dryer !! I went to tell them I didn't have the proof and they told me we couldn't do anything. Σήμερα παίρνω τηλέφωνο και δεν το σηκώνουν Τίποτε μου έχουν πάρει τα λεφτά όλα και δεν έχω ούτε λεφτά ούτε αφυγραφυγραντηρα I ordered a dehumidifier in a week spoiled him returned and waited 3 weeks to call me and tell me something. Όταν έφτασα διαπίστωσα ότι στο κουτί αναγραφόταν χρώμα κίτρινο και χωρίς να το ανοίξω το έδωσα σε έναν από τους δύο νεαρούς υπαλλήλους, διαμαρτυρόμενος ευγενικά ότι ήρθα από την Τούμπα άδικα. Τότε τον βλέπω έκπληκτος να προσπαθεί ν' ανοίξει το σφραγισμένο κουτί (παρότι έγραφε χρώμα κίτρινο εξωτερικά) και του επισημαίνω ότι δεν πρόκειται να το αγοράσω αν είναι όντως κίτρινο ώστε να τον αποτρέψω να το ανοίξει άσκοπα. Παρόλα αυτά το άνοιξε και φυσικά ήταν όντως κίτρινο. Τέλος πάντων χωρίς να εκφράσω κάποιο θυμό για την άσκοπη ταλαιπωρία που υπέστην λόγω του λάθους τους και πολύ ευγενικά τον ρώτησα αν μπορούσαμε να επανατοποθετήσουμε την παραγγελία. Μου απάντησε ναι, με την προϋπόθεση της καταβολής μίας προκαταβολής. Κι όταν του ρώτησα τον λόγο προς έκπληξή μου μου είπε εξαιτίας αυτού που συνάβη και κατηγορώντας με ότι ΠΙΘΑΝΟΝ λέει να είχα παραγγείλει κίτρινο εξαρχής. Αν είναι δυνατόν! Με άλλα λόγια υπενήχθηκε ότι διέσχισα όλη την πόλη από Ανατολικά απλά και μόνο για να αρνηθώ να παραλάβω το προϊόν!!! Ανήκουστα πράγματα!!! Φυσικά ένιωσα απίστευτα προσβεβλημένος και σηκώθηκα κι έφυγα κι ούτε πρόκειται να ξαναγοράσω από εκεί. Και είναι κρίμα πραγματικά για τον ιδιοκτήτη γιατί το κατάστημα έχει αρκετά καλές τιμές... I ordered a Tp-link Neffos Y5L black mobile and on Friday they called me to pick it up. When I arrived I found that the box was yellow in color and without opening it I gave it to one of the two young employees, politely protesting that I had come from Tuba unjustly. Then I see him surprised to try to open the sealed box (even though it was painted yellow on the outside) and tell him that I am not going to buy it if it is actually yellow to prevent it from opening unnecessarily. However it opened and of course it was actually yellow. Anyway without expressing any anger about the unnecessary suffering they suffered because of their mistake and I very kindly asked him if we could place the order again. He replied yes, provided that an advance payment was made. And when I asked him why he was surprised, he told me because of what happened and accusing me of POSSIBLE saying I had ordered yellow from the beginning. If possible! In other words it was recalled that I crossed the whole city from the East just to refuse to receive the product !!! Stupid things !!! Of course I felt incredibly offended and got up and left and am never going to buy from there again. And it's really a shame for the owner because the store has good prices ...
G	Giannis Kasiano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα ένα ψυγειοκαταψυκτη Siemens με παράδοση στην Χαλκιδική η εξυπηρέτηση από όλους τους εργαζόμενους στο κατάστημα ήταν άψογη σε όλα τους, ειδικά στα παιδιά που μου το έφεραν παρόλο που η πρόσβαση για την τοποθέτηση του ήταν δύσκολη τα παιδιά έκαναν μεγάλη προσπάθεια ώσπου τα κατάφεραν χωρίς να προκληθεί καμία ζημιά πρόσεχαν πάρα πολύ. Συγχαρητήρια σε όλους θα προτιμήσω το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα και σε άλλες μου αγορές. I bought a Siemens refrigerator-freezer with delivery in Halkidiki, the service from all the employees in the store was impeccable in all of them, especially in the children who brought it to me, although the access for its installation was difficult, the children made a great effort no damage they were too careful.
