★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μόλις επισκέφθηκα το κατάστημα με σκοπό να εξαργυρώσω 3 δωροεπιταγες Γερμανός.η κυρατσα με το κόκκινο κοντό μαλλί μου είπε ότι δεν εξυπηρετούν γιατί υπάρχει "συστημικό πρόβλημα" και μου πρότεινε να πάω στο Γερμανό του Mediterranean Cosmos καθώς εκεί εξυπηρετούν όπως μου είπε.Καλεσα στον Γερμανό του cosmos και ο υπάλληλος γελώντας μου είπε "ότι να ναι δεν υπάρχει κανένα απολύτως πρόβλημα στο σύστημα" και το ένα αστέρι λίγο είναι

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ αν ειχε μισο αστερι θα το εβαζα...ειλικρινα πολυ απογοητευμενος...ειμαι συχνος πελατης...περα απο την υπαλληλο στην υποδοχη ολοι οι αλλοι ειναι ειρωνικοι κ δεν τολμας να ρωτησεις κατι...απανταν απαξιωτικα με ειρωνια και μορφασμους...την επομενη φορα θα εχουν αναλογη αντιμετωπιση...απορω δεν τους ελεγχει κανεις???λιγη ευγενεια βρε παιδια

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Οφείλω να πω ότι η εξυπηρέτηση των υπαλλήλων στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα ήταν υποδειγματικη. Επιστροφή χρημάτων για αντικείμενο που αγορά κι δεν άνοιξα σε λίγα λεπτά. Άψογοι.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είναι πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετικό το προσωπικό.. όσες φορές πήγα έμεινα υπέρ ευχαριστημένη. Πήρα πρόσφατα κινητό και έβαλα και τζάμι προστατευτικό. Σε μια εβδομάδα πήρε λίγο αέρα. Πήγα να τούς ρωτήσω τι έγινε και είναι έτσι κι αυτοί μου το αντικατέστησαν . Μπράβο γιατί την καλη εξυπηρέτηση. Αυτό μετράει πάντα σε ένα κατάστημα.
