Πολύ καλές τιμές για το προϊόν που έψαχνα (κλιματιστικά), καλύτερες από όλον τον ανταγωνισμό που βρήκα σε μηχανές αναζήτησης (skroutz, bestprice) αλλά και σε γνωστές αλυσίδες. Ευγενικοί και αποτελεσματικοί στην τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία (μίλησα με τον κ. Καρτσώνη). Παρέλαβα την παραγγελία στον χρόνο που μου είχαν πει, μάλιστα με κάλεσαν για να επιβεβαιώσουν ότι όλα πήγαν καλώς με την αποστολή. Overall excellent shopping experience. Very good prices for the product I was looking for (air conditioners), better than all the competition I found in search engines (skroutz, bestprice) but also in well-known chains. Polite and efficient in telephone communication (I spoke with Mr. Kartsonis). I received the order at the time they told me, in fact they called me to confirm that everything went well with the shipment.

Σ	ΣΤΑΥΡΟΣ ΣΙΟΥΛΑΣ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η πρώτη μου επαφή με το κατάστημα έγινε στο μακρινό 2013 με την αγορά ενός ξυλολεβητα μάρκας viadrus ,απλά κ μόνο λόγω της καλύτερης τιμής που είχε στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα...Δεν περίμενα ποτέ ότι θα βρω την πόρτα ανοιχτή 9χρονια μετά για να κάλυψουν σε εγγύηση ένα πρόβλημα που προέκυψε...Κάλυψαν την ζημιά ενω το εργοστάσιο παραγωγής έχει επισήμως κλείσει..Με άκουσαν ,προσπάθησαν κ τελικά βρήκαν τον τρόπο ώστε σήμερα να είμαι αναγκασμένος από την συμπεριφορά τους να τους αποκαλώ Επαγγελματίες...Τους συνιστώ γιατί απέδειξαν ότι είναι εκεί πολύ μετά την αγορά!!!! My first contact with the store was in the distant 2013 with the purchase of a wood boiler brand viadrus, simply because of the best price it had in this store ... I never expected to find the door open 9 years later to cover under warranty a problem that arose ... They covered the damage while the production plant is officially closed..They listened to me, tried and finally found the way that today I am forced by their behavior to call them Professionals ... I recommend them because they proved that they are there long after the purchase !!!!

The website of the store is very complete, as well as the telephone service. I recently bought radiators and a gas boiler and really, once again, I was completely satisfied. n	niki te on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα ένα ακριβό κλιματιστικό fujitsu προ διετίας. Χάλασε ο συμπιεστης και το πιο ωραίο δεν υπάρχει ανταλλακτικό. Κοινώς πέταξα 1200 ευρώ και έχω μείνει με την εσωτερική μονάδα. 27/03 .... Διαβάζω τα σχόλια σας.... μάλλον και άλλη πελάτισσα έχει το ίδιο πρόβλημα. Δεν έχω καμία κλήση από την εταιρεία σας. Άλλωστε εσείς οι ίδιοι με ενημερωσατε κατά την διάγνωση της βλάβης ότι δεν υπάρχει συμπιεστης για το συγκεκριμένο μοντέλο. Εάν υπήρχε ανταλλακτικό και ήταν δυνατή η αντικατάσταση και λειτουργία δεν θα είχα προβεί να σας κάνω αξιολόγηση I bought an expensive fujitsu air conditioner two years ago. The compressor is broken and most importantly there is no spare part. I shared 1200 euros and I have stayed with the indoor unit. 27/03 .... I read your comments .... probably another client has the same problem. I have no call from your company. Besides, you yourself informed me during the diagnosis of the fault that there is no compressor for the specific model. Υπήρξε μια λάθος συννενόηση όσο αφορά μια λεπτομέρεια για το θερμοσίφωνα αλλά λύθηκε άμεσα ύστερα από επικοινωνία με τον πωλητή. Το σύστημα εγκαταστάθηκε και δουλεύει άψογα. Θα ξανά αγοράσω στο μέλλον. Ευχαριστώ. I bought the solar galaxy with 4m² solar panels by deposit. The next day I had things delivered to my house. There was a misunderstanding regarding a detail about the water heater but it was resolved immediately after contacting the seller. The system has been installed and is working perfectly. I will buy again in the future. Thanks.
