★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τα παιδιά ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικοί, και στο μα με βοηθήσουν τι να διαλέξω αλλά και στην διαδικασία να παραγγείλουμε κάποια προϊόντα που δεν ήταν ετοιμοπαράδοτα, δηλαδή ποτέ θα έρθουν, τι χαρακτηριστικά έχουν, αφού το τάδε αργεί ας πάρουμε το άλλο κλπ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ απαράδεχτη συμπεριφορά από τους ιδιοκτήτες τόσο στην τηλεφωνική συνομιλία που είχα όσο και στην κατ ιδίαν , καθώς μου μιλούσανε εχθρικά και με ασέβεια. Επίσης το servise τους είναι πολύ αργό και σου καθυστερούν όσο μπορούν να σου παραδώσουν πίσω τα προϊόντα που είχες στείλει για επιδιόρθωση.
unacceptable behavior by the owners both in my phone conversation and in my own, as they spoke hostile and disrespectful to me. Also their service is very slow and they delay you as long as they can deliver back the products you sent for repair.

Παρήγγειλα μία τηλεόραση, με ενημέρωσαν αμέσως ότι δεν είναι ετοιμοπαράδοτη, θα την παραγγείλουν και θα έρθει σε 10 μέρες, και μήπως προτιμώ να ακυρώσω την παραγγελία. Είπα ότι θα περιμένω, και όντως την είχα σε όσες μέρες μου είπαν. Πολύ ευχαριστημένη και από το κατάστημα και από την τηλεόραση!
Flawless communication and service, and very good prices !! I ordered a TV, I was immediately informed that it is not ready for delivery, they will order it and it will come in 10 days, and maybe I prefer to cancel the order. I said I would wait, and I did have it on all the days they told me. Very happy with the store and the TV!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απλά απαράδεκτοι, η ευγένεια σταματάει μόλις πάρουν τα χρήματα. Μετά ξεκινάει το δούλεμα. Άθλια συμπεριφορά, κανένας επαγγελματισμός. Κάτι τέτοιες συμπεριφορές κάνουν ζημιά στις μικρές επιχειρήσεις που πλέον ο κόσμος δεν στηρίζει. Τα χρήματα μας τα ζητήσαμε πίσω εμείς και πήραμε απάντηση ότι δεν έχετε και ανάγκη τα χρήματα μας!! Για να μπαίνουν τα πράγματα στην θέση τους
Simply unacceptable, politeness stops as soon as they get the money. Then the work begins. Miserable behavior, no professionalism. Such behaviors hurt small businesses that people no longer support. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήρα τηλέφωνο για να ρωτήσω για ένα ανταλλακτικό σε μια ξυριστικη μηχανή. Ρώτησα αν έχουν αρχικά ξυριστικες και πήγα να περιγράψω σε μια κυρία τη ζημιά που έγινε. Μου είπε "δεν έχουμε ανταλλακτικά άνθρωπέ μου τόση ώρα στο τηλέφωνο" με αγένεια και το έκλεισε. Συνολική διάρκεια κλήσης 1 λεπτό.
Παιδεία και ευγένεια πάνω από όλα χρειάζεται.
I got on the phone to ask for a spare part on a razor. I asked if they had razors at first and I went to describe to a lady the damage done. He told me "we do not have spare parts my man so long on the phone" rudely and hung up. Total call duration 1 minute.
Education and courtesy above all is needed.
