Very helpful by phone and answered all my questions politely. The product I ordered assured me that it would arrive within 3 days and to my surprise it came within 24 hours! Flawless!

Ο βραστηρας δεν ήταν διαθέσιμος πια, όμως μετά από δική τους επικοινωνία με την εταιρεία, παρέλαβαν λίγες μέρες αργότερα το προϊόν και μου το έστειλαν αμέσως. Εξαιρετικό after sales service.
I had bought a kettle from their online store. About 14 months later, the kettle began to rust inside. I contacted them and they answered me immediately. The kettle was no longer available, but after their own contact with the company, they received the product a few days later and sent it to me immediately. Excellent after sales service.
