Wonderful place, best cosmetics on Santorini!

I did my hair without appointment, they were nice and quick.. reasonable prices also.

A few weeks ago I got my hair done at this salon for a wedding I was attending that afternoon. I had a treatment done, a haircut and a hairstyle. The haircut was great! I still love it, but the hairstyling left me with a very bad experience regarding their service: I had curls done, but even before the wedding started, all the curls came out and there was nothing left of the styling - I could have just blowdryed my hair myself - it would have looked the same. In my opinion, the stylist did not put enough hairspray in, even though I asked her multiple times. This was my experience. I sent them a message about my experience on Facebook. First they blamed it on the humidity in the air, but it's not humid in Santorini at all. Santorini has a dry heat. After that, they blamed it on me and I received nothing but rude, arrogant, unprofessional messages (see attached). As an owner of a hair salon, or any business owner for that matter, you need to take responsibility when you have an unsatisfied customer and handle it correctly. Instead, they blamed it all on me, and did not even properly apologise for the bad experience they gave me. A customer is a customer and you should treat them as a customer, no matter what, especially if they make a complaint. They only cared about their ego and their "name as a professional hair stylist". The least they could have done was take some sort of responsibility for the experience they gave me and give me a proper apology. They have not learned the concept of "customer is king". I thought a long time about posting this and wanted to just let it go as I will never go there again, but if anyone goes there to get their hair done for a wedding, they may get disappointed and get the same bad experience when they share their dissatisfaction about their service. As I said, I loved the haircut, but I would not recommend going there for hairstyling, especially if you're a bride and your hair did not turn out as you hoped for your special day!

Ive recently moved to Santorini with my dad from Australia. I had my hair cut here 2 days ago & im so so so happy with it. I get extreamly nervous about people cutting my hair because many ‘hairdressers’ have ruined my hair but i walked out of Exclusive Elegant so happy with the job that was done on my hair. This will be my salon from now on & i reccomend it to everyone that wants great service. 11/10 :)
