★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ εξυπηρετικοί!!! Είχα παραγγείλει τηλεφωνικώς κάτι φωτιστικά και μου τα έφεραν άμεσα!. Επίσης μου έφτιαξαν και μία συσκευή που χάλασε εσωτερικά το καλώδιο στην πλακέτα της!! Πολύ καλές τιμές και άμεση εξυπηρέτηση!!!
Very helpful !!! I had ordered some lighting fixtures by phone and they brought them to me immediately !. They also made me a device that internally damaged the cable on its board !! Very good prices and prompt service !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ελπίζω ότι αποτελώ εξαίρεση και ότι το κατάστημα γενικά λειτουργεί καλύτερα από ότι εγώ βίωσα. Στην δική μου περίπτωση και ενώ με σαφήνεια ρώτησα τον κάθε κωδικό προϊόντος που με ενδιέφερε με διαβεβαίωσαν πως τα προϊόντα συνολικά ήταν άμεσα διαθέσιμα. Όταν μετά από λίγη ώρα πήγα για να πραγματοποιήσω την αγορά διαπίστωσα πως τα προϊόντα (σε αντίθεση με ότι μου είπαν) δεν ήταν διαθέσιμα ,αλλά, θα έπρεπε να τα παραγγείλουν και σε λίγες (νομίζω ειπώθηκε 2 με 3) μέρες θα έλθουν. Κρίμα να ταλαιπωρούν με αυτό τον τρόπο ανθρώπους βάζοντάς τους να κάνουν κάποια χιλιόμετρα. Ελπίζω να ήταν τυχαίο και να λειτουργούν καλύτερα, η δική μου εμπειρία όμως ήταν απογοητευτική οπότε δεν θα μπορούσα να το συστήσω σε κάποιον.
I hope I am an exception and that the store generally works better than I did. In my case and while I clearly asked each product code that interested me, they assured me that the products as a whole were immediately available. When after a while I went to make the purchase I found that the products (contrary to what they told me) were not available, but, they would have to order them and in a few (I think it was said 2 to 3) days will come. Too bad they bother people this way forcing them to do a few miles. I hope it was random and they work better, but my own experience was frustrating so I could not recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Για αγορά δύο αντικειμένων πριν περίπου ένα χρόνο . Το ένα χάλασε στο μήνα ζήτησα αντικατάσταση και ενώ με διαβεβαίωσαν ότι θα μου στείλουν καινούριο μολλις παραλάβουν δεν έγινε τίποτα. Το δευτερο ίδιο χάλασε στο οχταμηνο (προφανώς ελλατωματικη παρτιδα).Έχω στείλει δύο email και έχω επικοινωνήσει μαζί τους κάμποσες φορές αλλά δυστυχώς ούτε φωνή ούτε ακρόαση.
To buy two items about a year ago. One broke in a month, I asked for a replacement and while they assured me that they would send me a new one as soon as they received it, nothing happened. The second one broke in the eight months (obviously a defective batch). I have sent two emails and I have contacted them a few times but unfortunately neither voice nor hearing.
