Φυσικά και δεν απαντάει το τηλέφωνο και στο site στην αναζήτηση αποστολής αναγράφονται ανακρίβειες σχετικά με τις αποστολές. Δεν επικοινωνούν με τους παραλήπτες και γράφουν αδυναμία παράδοσης. Ντροπή γιατί υπάρχουν μεγάλοι άνθρωποι που δεν έχουν τη δυνατότητα να παραλάβουν από το κατάστημα το δέμα τους και περιμένουν πότε θα κάνει δρομολόγιο η γενική ταχυδρομική από Άρτα στις Σελλάδες για να παραδώσει τα δέματα 10-15 μέρες μετά, λες και είναι άγονη γραμμή! Ντροπή!!! Πρόκειται για δέμα από φαρμακείο, με φάρμακα τα οποία είναι άμεσης προτεραιότητας. Αν δεν μπορείτε να ανταποκριθείτε κλείστε την επιχείρηση! Θα βρεθεί κάποιος άλλος που θα κάνει καλύτερα από εσάς τη δουλειά. Unacceptable service !! And one star is a lot !! If I could I would put minus !! Μου λένε ότι δεν εντοπίζουν το δέμα μου (που έχω πληρώσει 100€) εδώ και 40 μέρες... Σπάνια κάνουν παράδοση κατ οίκον, ενώ πληρώνουμε τα έξοδα αποστολής για να μας το φέρουν στην πόρτα μας. Αν δεν μπορείτε να κάνετε σωστά τη δουλειά σας δώστε το μαγαζάκι σε άλλα άτομα με μεράκι! Έχω πάρει 50 φορές στα κεντρικά για παράπονα, ελπίζω να αλλάξει διεύθυνση And one star is a lot !! Με πήρε και τηλέφωνο υπάλληλος μετά από την αξιολόγηση να μου πει ότι όπου με βρει θα με γ ... Αυτά είναι..... Κούριερ όχι αστεία. The package is there for 3 days and they do not bring it to me. Δεν απαντάει ποτέ ο οδηγός που κάνει παράδοση τα πακέτα με αποτέλεσμα αν δεν απαντήσεις στην αναπάντητη που σου κάνουν να περιμένεις και μια εβδομάδα (μένω σε χωριό ) για να φέρουν το πακέτο ...σε αναγκάζει να πας από εκεί ... Αλλά και εκεί αν έχεις τύχη αφού μου έχει τύχει να πάω 8 :00 και να μου κλείσουν την πόρτα ....! Πραγματικά το ακούω από παντού αυτό και απορώ τι πρέπει να γίνει....εγώ πλέον σε κάθε παραγγελία έχω σημειώση ...όχι με γενική ταχυδρομική Άρτας ...! Unacceptable .... A	Alexandros Panag on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Με παίρνουν τηλέφωνο 9 η ώρα ότι το κούριερ θα έρθει κατά το μεσημέρι (απροσδιόριστη ώρα ) έπειτα από μπόλικη ώρα αναμονής και απουσίας στη δουλειά μου δεν είδα ποτέ το κούριερ να φτάνει ή να έχει κάποια ενημέρωση/όρεξη να φτάσει ούτε ειδοποίηση ούτε τίποτα..... Κάκιστη εξυπηρέτηση πελατών I get a call at 9 o'clock that the courier will arrive at noon (indefinite time) after plenty of waiting time and absence from work I never saw the courier arrive or have any information / appetite to arrive neither notice nor anything .. ... Poor customer service

Μήνυμα ότι έχει φτάσει το πακέτο ποτέ και μάλιστα η κοπέλα στην υποδοχή σου λέει ότι κουριερ δεν είναι υποχρεωμένος να σε πάρει τηλεφωνο για συννενόηση παράδοσης γιατί πολλά παιδιά δεν έχουν κάρτα!!! Έχω συνεργαστεί με δεκάδες κούριερ τέτοια πράγματα μόνο η γενική ταχυδρομική!!! Λυπάμαι πολύ!!! If I could I would put a minus !!! Communication unacceptable !!!
