Ora però notiamo che avevamo un condizionatore rotto in camera e dicendoglielo ce l hanno cambiato(anche se si poteva controllare prima se funzionasse). In più si e intasato il water e dicendoglielo ci hanno detto che la carta si butta nel cestino dopo esserti pulito.. almeno ci fosse scritto da qualche parte. Non abbiamo parole, speriamo che domani almeno un tecnico arrivi. Unfortunately we are still here in the hotel but I must say that all 'appearance is presented well. Now, however, we note that we had a broken air conditioner in the room and telling him they changed it (even if you could check it first if it worked). In addition it is clogged the toilet and telling him we were told that the paper is thrown in the trash after you clean .. at least there was written somewhere. We have no words, we hope that at least one technician will arrive tomorrow.

Giunti sul luogo abbiamo subito notato la camera caldissima e molto sporca, abbiamo notato la loro scarsa igiene e pulizia dal fatto che vi erano presenti abiti e oggetti di persone passate di lì prima di noi. Nel bagno c’era la doccia rotta, il water intasato è il lavandino che perdeva. Nella cucina poi nn ne parliamo... dopo la prima notte abbiamo fatto notare alla direzione tutti i disagi chiedendo cortesemente di cambiarci stanza e loro hanno detto che era tutto pieno anche se in realtà nn era vero. In risposta del fatto che si sono offesi per queste richieste ci hanno cancellato la navetta di ritorno all’aereoporto direi inammissibile . insomma state lontani da questo posto, peggio di così nn credo si possa fare PESSIMI!!! A STALLA OTHER THAN RECIDENCE ... When we arrived at the place we immediately noticed the very hot and very dirty room, we noticed their poor hygiene and cleanliness from the fact that there were clothes and objects of people who lived there before us. In the bathroom there was a broken shower, the clogged toilet bowl was leaking. In the kitchen then we talk about it ... after the first night we pointed out the inconvenience to the management asking politely to change the room and they said it was full even though it wasn't really true. In response to the fact that they were offended by these requests they canceled the shuttle back to the airport I would say was inadmissible. in short, stay away from this place, worse than nn I think we can do it!

I	Irina Shabalova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice room with a fan, which makes the temperature perfect even in the afternoon heat, a kitchen all equipped for cooking, a fine bathroom with a shower. Very helpful, friendly and hospitable hotel manager, and also able to offer some good guide programs to see Crete as well as transfer options. The see is a 15/20 minutes walk. The place is quiet and peaceful, nice for a family stay.
