S	Sophia Anagnostopoulou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τα σπιτακια της κ.Κατερινας ειναι πραγματικα πανεμορφα φτιαγμενα οπως τα περισσοτερα σπιτια της σαντορινης υποσκαφα. Ο χωρος ηταν πραγματικα τεραστιος. Μεγαλο μπανιο μεγαλο καθιστικο. Ανετο κρεβατι. Ο χωρος μπορει ανετα να φιλοξενησει 4 ατομα. Σε καλο σημειο. Εχει σε 3-4’ με τα ποδια ενα μικρο παρκιν και σε 7-8’ ενα δευτερο μεγαλυτερο παρκιν. 2’ απο το σπιτι υπαρχει ενα μινι μαρκετ για τα απαραιτητα και εστιατορια για να φας. Ο χωρος ηταν πολύ καθαρος και υπαρχει ενας μεγαλος κηπος για να κατσεις να χαλαρωσεις. Η κ.Κατερινα με την κ.Ρανια ηταν πολύ φιλοξενες και ευγενικες και μας βοηθησαν παρα πολυ με τις συμβουλες τους για τις παραλίες και τα εστιατορια. Θα ξανα πηγαιναμε σιγουρα Mrs. Katerina's houses are really beautifully made like most Santorini cave houses. The place was really huge. Large bathroom large living room. Comfortable bed. The space can comfortably accommodate 4 people. In a good spot. It has a small parking lot in 3-4 'on foot and in 7-8' a second larger parking lot. 2 'from the house there is a mini market for the essentials and restaurants to eat. The place was very clean and there is a large garden to sit and relax. Mrs. Katerina and Mrs. Rania were very hospitable and kind and helped us a lot with their tips for the beaches and restaurants. We would definitely go again
g	giannis rf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Βρέθηκα στο νησί της Σαντορίνης για 3 ημέρες. Με πολύ ψάξιμο ξεχώρισα το Elia 1968 cave houses και η επιλογή μου πραγματικά ήταν εξαιρετική! Η Κατερίνα που είναι ιδιοκτήτρια ήταν άψογη σε όλα! Τα οικήματα καταπληκτικά όπως ακριβώς φαίνονται στις φωτογραφίες. Στα 20 μέτρα υπάρχουν 2 δημοτικά πάρκινγκ που βρίσκεις σίγουρα θέση,αν έχεις μηχανάκι το αφήνεις σχεδόν έξω! Βρίσκεται στο παραδοσιακό χωριό φοινικιά στην Οία. Τα δωμάτια είναι υποσκαφες όπως τα περισσότερα στην Οία,με φοβερή διακόσμηση με ωραίο γούστο! Πέρασα ένα τρομερό 3ημερο και σίγουρα θα ξαναπάω! I was on the island of Santorini for 3 days. With a lot of searching I singled out Elia 1968 cave houses and my choice was really great! Katerina who is the owner was perfect in everything! The houses are amazing just as they look in the photos. At 20 meters there are 2 municipal parking lots that you will definitely find a place, if you have a motorbike you almost leave it outside! It is located in the traditional village of Finikia in Oia. The rooms are caves like most in Oia, with great decoration with nice taste! I had an awesome 3 days and I will definitely go again!

Είχαμε την τύχη να μας φιλοξενήσει η κ.Κατερίνα στα υπέροχα και πολύ προσεγμένα από την ίδια σπιτάκια της.Τόσο η διαμονή όσο και η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν εξαιρετικά φοβερές.η κ.Κατερίνα παρά πολύ ευγενική ,ζωντανή, πρόθυμη συνεχώς να βοηθήσει με κάθε τρόπο ! Η καθαριότητα επίσης άψογη !το κατάλυμα της βρίσκεται σε ένα χωριό πολύ γνωστό και δίπλα στην Οια πράγμα που διευκόλυνε την μετακίνηση από και προς την Οια με τα πόδια . Αξίζει πραγματικά η επίσκεψη στο χώρο της κ.Κατερίνας ! We were on the island of Santorini for 4 days. We were lucky enough to be hosted by Mrs. Katerina in her wonderful and very neat little houses. Both the accommodation and the service were extremely awesome. Mrs. Katerina is very kind, lively, always willing to help in any way! The cleanliness is also impeccable! Its accommodation is located in a well known village next to Oia which made it easier to move to and from Oia on foot. It is really worth the visit to the place of Mrs. Katerina!

Katerina qui gère les 3 logements est une hôte très réactive, attentionné, disponible et accueillante., Elle s'est occupé de nous faire des réservations de navette depuis l'aéroport, ainsi que de réserver de bon restaurants et nous a donné des astuces et des lieux incontournables pour visiter l'île. Notre séjour était parfait et c'est en partie grâce à elle ! We spent 4 days at Elia1968 Cave House, everything was perfect! Large, beautiful, bright accommodation, ideally located close to Oia. Katerina who manages the 3 accommodations is a very responsive, caring, available and welcoming host., She took care of making airport shuttle reservations for us, as well as making good restaurant reservations and giving us tips and advice. unmissable places to visit the island. Our stay was perfect and that's partly because of her!

R	Robin Gemmell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely cave house. There is ample space to move around, relax outside and enjoy the immersion pool. The location is good in Finikia - away from the crowds of Oia but still walkable. You can also catch the bus nearby that takes you to Fira. Of noteworthy mention is the host, Katarina. She is very attentive and helped us enormously. She gave excellent recommendations and always topped up the coffee for the coffee machine. Thank you Katarina, you made our stay very special.

There are authentic restaurants, a little market, parking lot, and car rental right nearby. We stayed in the upper room with the little pool. It was perfect with a stunning view. Everything was clean and all of the staff were amazing.

She provided great food recommendations and even took the time to arrange us taxis as well as a catamaran tour. I'd definitely stay there again and will be passing it along to friends/family.
