The hotel is marked with 5 stars and is realistically 3.5 maximum. The staff at the reception is completely uninterested in the guests. An artificial smile, they listen, but they don't care if you are comfortable in the hotel. The rooms are spacious and nicely arranged, but a lot of things are not working. In the evening you can feel the great stench of the sewer, so you better not open the windows. The hotel is said to have its own beach, which is true, but you will have a place on the deck chairs if you get up at 5 in the morning to take. At this hotel, the number of deck chairs is small or the organization is poor. If you want to stay in Psaoukidi you also have a better 3-star hotel option where the service is really good, Philoxenia bungalows.

This is 3 star hotel at best. Calling it resort, thats name throwing, at best. Ultra all inclusive services is throwing names at large. Food was okey, but I had better in 3 star hotel. Drinks, the alcoholic ones are distasteful and cheep and the nonalcoholic ones are cheep and local. Housekeeping is understaffed. Not enough beds by the see and definitely not enough by the pool. Staff is friendly and seams fine. In general, low value for the money

A beach in-beach out five star hotel in the heart of halkidiki. offers great views, great services and nice food. a plus beyond the sea is the extremely spacious rooms. try a cocktail in the roof bar and a cold beer next to the pool

A. Total. Failure. If this hotel was a ship, it would have sunken long time ago. It does not deserve 3 stars let alone 5. - Staff is stressed and does not do much (anything actually) to make you feel welcome. Maria from the reception: you really are not wired for working at hospitality. Maybe consider becoming a butcher? - All activities are closed because of the COVID, it is not clearly announced anywhere. When we asked the manager to at least give us some toys from the kids club, we were promised that it will be done and nothing has happened despite multiple reminders. - Cleaning is understaffed (one person for the whole hotel in the afternoon shift) and is mediocre. - Food and drinks are consumable if you are not picky, but very far from the 5 stars level. Reminded me of my school cafeteria. Choice is extremely poor, quality is bad, variety is just not there. Got sour milk for breakfast. - Location is in the middle of nowhere, nothing to do around the hotel. - Beach is very much not impressive, dirty and grey. Sunbeds and umbrellas are set very close to each other with very little breathing room. - At the day of our departure, we were struck by stomach flu. Coincidence? I do not think so... If you value your time, health, money, well-being, whatever else: do not go there. If you ended up there for some strange reason, make sure you have a car to spend as little time in the hotel as possible.

Great hotel. Good service. Friendly people working. I would highly recommend, especially with kids. A few things they could improve at however is the quality of the buffet and the need to find a way to have sufficient sunbeds for all guests. On the former food could be better with just some effort. Avoid sauces. Refine the kitchen. Avoid the same salads. Get someone new in the kitchen. On the latter, find a way with the neighbor's bar to share their sunbeds. The hotel should find such an agreement. For the rest I think it is pretty ok.

We are robbed by the resort. We paid half the price before COVID. And yet they didn't gave us our money back. They deleted account from booking. And they don't respond to our emails or phone calls. We'll try to sue them. But if you want to pay in advance. Think twice.

We booked a room and paid in advance, but due to corona virus outbreak, they closed the boarders so we weren’t able to come or refund the money. They sent us the voucher and politely explained that we needed to wait for 18 months, which we did, but afterwards never replied to any of our emails or calls or refunded the money, which is highly unprofessional and irresponsible of a 5 star hotel. I am still trying to reach them, but no reply. Very bad experience, and the worst grade of course.

The hotel is not big and everything is close. The beach and the pool are great. Food is very tasty. The roos and toilets are clean and big. There are snacks and drinks in between meals. Psakoudia is a nice and peacefull. It is nice for walks. If you are without car there is but to places near by. Even Thessaloniki.
